Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront

The staff was great. They were very quick to fix our light in our room, bring towels/soap, room service was fast and delicious and even helped call an ambulance for us when our 4month old was having trouble breathing at 4am. Beach was not crowded and very easy access. We loved the jacuzzi and rain shower. Our 2 year old LOVED the active pool. We were on the lobby level and the active pool was right outside of our patio (highly recommended) was very quiet in the rooms even with all the screaming kids outside our door. It was an expensive stay for 4 nights, but we would absolutely go back

Housekeeping didn't come one of the days, and it would have been beneficial to have more information on things like TV channels, where things were in the hotel, how breakfast worked, ect. Life guards at the active pool could be a little more strict

The ocean view was superb. When I checked in, the attendant asked what floor I would preferred to be on, and gave me the choice of 6th or 8th floor. I chose the 6th floor and the views were great! Beach was right in the 'backyard' and could be easily walked to from the hotel. We also liked that the room was equipped with stove, dishwasher, and full size fridge. We brought breakfast items, and snacks for our children but we could have brought more to have some meals in our room. Room was spacious and had enough space for us (family with 3 children). Bathroom was larger with double sinks. We also enjoyed the complimentary laundry services. They also offered a lot of family friendly entertainment such as a game room, indoor heated pool, movies during the week day for kids, and other daily entertainment, which was great for our boys! Papa John's will deliver within 10 minutes of your order!

Would have preferred a walk in shower versus jetted tub, not easily accessible due to height of tub. I would recommend checking floors, especially around carpeted areas, I stepped on a piece of broken glass at the end of one of the beds but the hotel staff promptly sent up housekeeping to take care of this. No meals are included at this hotel, so you have an option for hotel room service, or the small restaurant in the hotel.

Room The beds were comfy, the room was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The view was good, but not exactly what I expected. It was a corner room, and the price was a little higher than a non-corner room, so I expected a better view of the ocean, But with the way the hotel is constructed, there was a wall on both sides of our balcony, and there was another room on the same corner facing the other direction. Although the hotel had no control over this, the occupants in that other room were smoking out on their balcony, so we were driven inside to get away from the odor.

The location directly on the beach was perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor pools and kids play area entertained our kiddos for hours while we were able to also enjoy adult aspects of a vacation-a swim up bar and the hot tub all while being able to monitor the children from close view. The room was spacious and and was free of sand. That's right! I couldn't find or feel sand on the carpet or the floor of our hotel room and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable.

The staff was fantastic, always pleasant and smiling. Facilities were always clean. Again, from Emily the housekeeper to the hostess to the dining room and pool staff each and everyone were a delight. The in room coffee was AMAZING!! You should really use the same for the restaurant.

We arrived much later than intended due the weather. Our drive was over 5 hours. Unfortunately the gentleman (Vic?) at the front desk was very rude when I arrived to check in. He was dismissive and rushing us, he also did not save our card on file for room charges which was an inconvenience at times. We then went back to the front desk and fixed it. Asides from him, every single staff member embraced the Hilton Way 100% +. The menu was great, we dined every day at the hotel just wish the menu had a tad bit more variety.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The restaurant was delicious, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The kids' pool was awesome! 2 very fun slides. They have a large jacuzzi next to the kids' pool so the adults can relax. Drink and food service as you swim in the pools. The staff is superb and friendly. They go out of their way to be sure you are happy! Exceptional service, very clean. We can't wait to go next year!

The location, the restaurant, the pool, the view,the staff.

We went to the restaurant for breakfast. For the first 20 minutes not a single waiter came to our table to take the order. By then 3 other parties came after us and one of them even had their breakfast served. That's when we realized that we were not given a menu card and since we didn't have the menu card on the table the waiters thought that we have already placed the order. After asking the restaurant manager for the menu, we still had to wait another 10 minutes for a waiter to show up. We had to check out by 11am and we had less than an hour to order, eat, leave and get ready to check out and that's when I lost my cool. Frankly, till then our experience was spotless and it deserves a 10. But this experience made me deduct 1 point.

The hotel, amenities, and location were excellent!

When requesting full service, they wouldn't make the beds/gave us a towel with blood on it/didn't restock toilet paper. Sliding doors to closet did not work making it almost impossible to use during our stay. Pull out sofa was impossible to sleep on, just literal springs. Also the jacuzzi bathtub did not work, nothing was fully connected for the jets to be used.

Oceanfront view. Kitchen was a full kitchen with a dishwasher and large refrigerator. Huge balcony and nearly soundproof. Suite had a door separating sitting area from beds so kids could go to sleep early without being disturbed..The loud outside music was not heard inside. Plenty of pools to include indoors when temps cooled. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Jacuzzi was extremely hot and became a dirty fog after one day of kids using/peeing in it (pool was too cold from cooler temps). Patrons from balcony above tossed their chicken wings and cigarette butts to our balcony below on our last night. One started to burn through the chair.

Had everything you needed inside the hotel. Great location. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Bright sunshine in the morning in the bedroom. Also love the Multiple pools, room service option, and having a big tub!
