Beds comfy. Decent breakfast. Had a balcony.

Pool is too small amd wish it was outdoors. Not many hotels here charge for.parking either.

Room layout was a little bit inefficient with a lot of wasted space used for a hallway entrance in room.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and clean. I stayed in room 420 with family for the week and we can smell the cleanliness of the room when we immediately walked in. Despite the room being small, it was clean and that was important to us. Also, I worked in the business center and that was clean as well. Breakfast was great! They had two waffle machines, different sides and bagels.

The top blanket and pillow case on one of the beds had a stain on it. I called downstairs for housekeeping to replace it. However, the front desk staff member (can't remember the name) said that housekeeping will bring up a new pillowcase and I can put it on myself. That was a hard NO! I paid my money for the room and the person assigned to the room should have noticed that stain. Once I expressed my feelings towards the situation, housekeeping replaced everything. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft. Also, the WI-FI sucked! Whenever we would watch Netflix, the movies would be buffering. Oh, the pool was super cold. I think they should invest in a heated pool.

The breakfast staff were excellent. There were three of them and they did an excellent job of keeping the eating area clean and keeping up with the food. Very friendly and would do what ever it took you make your stay enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about them.I only wish I could remember their names.

I didn't care for the cleaning every other day. That should be revisited but if you are going to stay with that at least make it easier for the people staying there. 2 wash clothes for every other day cleaning is absolutely unacceptable. We should not have to go to the front desk or bother the girls cleaning the rooms.

The rooms were spacious ,comfortable and clean. Bathroom had a nice size shower . The outside balcony is small but a nice place to sit and read. Breakfast was a nice surprise , with good choices and constantly replenished. The staff from housekeeping to the breakfast area and the front desk were all extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect, just a block and a half to the beach / boardwalk and easy walking distance to a few restaurants and miniature golf

Breakfast is great, always a nice way to start the day. Gemma the hostess is pleasant, eager to make your Breakfast great. The location is centrally located, walkable to everything.

Sometimes housekeeping didn't keep the hotel schedule, the breakfast room should have a microwave to reheat the warm items, they should limit pet stays to a group of rooms not all rooms.

The hotel was clean, well maintained and very updated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good.

We had trouble keeping WiFi on the 5th floor and the inclimate weather kept us in the room a lot so internet was a must! The snack area area was not well stocked. We felt the $10 per day parking should have been included in the price of the room.

Everything! the Manager took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me and my daughter which you never see that. super friendly and knowledgeable. Beds were comfy! Breakfast was wonderful and worth the money.

first night of our stay we had crazy loud kids that kept us up all night. they were drinking alcohol, beating on the walls and talking very very loud. Needless to say I had no sleep neither did my daughter. they also were in and out of the room all night
