Comfort Suites Columbia Gateway

Comfort Suites compared to many others I looked at in the area was 1) available, 2)in a quiet location and close to what I needed, 3)clean, 4)was well equipped and spacious. Several reviews commended on how much it is “dated,” and other negative comments, and I found it to be yes, a bit dated, and I don’t need fancy bells and whistles, THE most modern fixtures, or modern furnishings…it was just fine, and I kind of liked the simplicity of it. It was just perfect for my needs, and price, and location!

Quick check in & out. Quiet and peaceful. Liked the at home set up in the room. Breakfast was pretty good.

I was told my room was updated to a jacuzzi suite but it did not work apparently the room was a bigger king but just for show but had a jacuzzi in it the front desk clerk said. The shower needed to be a little more spacious and the light in the ceiling kept flickering.

Room was huge. Loved it. Jacuzzi was perfect for two. Breakfast was wonderful. We were so pleasantly surprised. Traveled to play a music festival and ran right back to our room after the gig..

Only thing was no ice as the machine was broken. Wasn't really a big deal. We survived. Our drinks were plenty cold in the little fridge in our room.

I love the breakfast, the location and the staff My kids absolutely loved the pool. We truly enjoyed our time there and will be returning. I was pleased and the room over met my expectations!! Thank you!!

Parking for my large trailer.

For it being kind of empty I didn't understand why they had people in and out of the hotel, they might just need to do more security guard walks to discourage transients, or to hire a security guard.

Breakfast was nice. Staff friendly and the room was very clean.

The location was odd, you had to drive through a neighborhood to a dead end street near a public storage place. Wouldn't stay again, just because of the odd location. Other than that it was great.

the staff was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. the continental breakfast was a bit more then the normal.

The road leading to the property was being worked on.

The room was very clean, lots of space and the breakfast was really good, i will statly again. The staff waa really nice.

I stayed 2 nights, the only thing i didnt like is my room was not cleaned the second day

I like that it has a lot of room and the location is great!

We were on the third floor where it was an awful smell, the water kept backing up, and housekeeper told a lie that I was smoking in room when I haven’t received service the entire stay not even to ask for needed towels!

Room setup was really nice. I liked that the sofa bed area with 2nd TV was separate from bed area.

I could not get a later checkout. The girls wanted to stay longer in the pool. It opened at 10:00 am so they only had one hour. I asked and was told no.
