While check-in staff showed me a very strange policy of $250 deposit !! which was nowhere said while booking. Its blocked and not been refunded even in a week time ! Carry big money with you to pay all such deposits which you will get back may be in a month ! Good way to make money.. you are funding for all working capital of this hotel !!

convenient to area attractions. price was fair. Fridge was convenient and breakfast was a plus.

Carpet in room not vacuumed, soap stains on ceiling in shower, bathroom vent completely dirty and dusty and vent does not work.

Breakfast was not the best but decent enough. More food choices like waffle or pancakes would have been nice. Loved the fact that it had an airport shuttle. That was great

The lights in the room were dimmer than I wanted. And the sound of construction was not appreciated. The view was non existent. Would have loved a play area for kids.

We enjoyed how quiet it was and also how friendly the staff was. My son loved the pool and the breakfast. Every morning the breakfast staff was nice and had enough food set out and replaced things that went out quickly.

The air conditioner in our room did not push the cool air around the room, just in the area of the air conditioner. We endded up kinda warm at night but during the day it was okay.

Breakfast hours listed on placard at front desk indicated breakfast hours ended at 9:30. Misleading. The hours go into effect next month. We arrived at the breakfast area at 9:00 and observe a sign that states breakfast ends at 8:30. So much for the breakfast at the hotel!

I liked the front desk staff. They were the best. I liked the free breakfast. There was a decent varity of food and plenty of it.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee or tea available 24/7 in the lobby.

Breakfast good overall, though no whole wheat bread products. Room was comfortable.and clean. Staff was excellent, very attentive and courteous. Hot water excellent.

Window in room needs to be cleaned. Lobby furniture worn, rug needs deep cleaning. The bathtub needs a drain plug.

No housekeeping - we had a 4-night stay, so on longer stays like that at least one refresh of the room would be nice

I was really scared to purchase this room because of the bad experience I had with other hotels . But honestly this hotel was perfect from the time I checked in till the time I checked out everything was amazing .

The only thing that I didn’t like was the air condition system . I get stuffy easily , and I had to turn off the heat because the smell that was coming from the system . But it wasn’t a terrible smell it just left me a Lil stuffy . Other then that I love it I will be returning. Also if your wondering the room is reaaalllyyyy clean !!!
