Lorrie and Chastity... went above and beyond to resolve the issue and accommodate us . They really care , greeted every guest while fixing several issues. They need a raise.

Received an email before arriving stating that the two bedroom suite was unavailable due to air conditioning problems. Instead I had to settle on a 1 bedroom suite. Moved into the first room only to find that the air was not working in this suite either. Then moved again and the air did work. Lorrie and Chastity made sure we were compensated for our troubles. They were extremely kind and compassionate. Our room was conveniently located near the steps however they wreaked of animal feces , vomit and are very discolored and worn. So you can imagine the smell. Marriot needs to put some money back into their hotels because their rates are not cheap.

The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel was very clean as well.

The rooms were very clean and even smelled clean. The hotel was nice and clean. The only issue I had was,.....they charge you to park at the hotel......$10 a day. That is ridiculous. Why would you charge your customers to park at your hotel after they are paying to stay there? Like, where are we supposed to park if we are staying there? There is nowhere else that we could park but on the premises so we are stuck paying the $10. I just feel like it is just a way to get extra money from your customers for a nonsense charge.

Our room was huge and so nice for the price! Had full kitchen, and everything we needed. The location was perfect and near many venues. We were surprised at what we received for the money....very excited

The only complaint is that our refrigerator started making an awful noise while running late at night and again in the morning. Other than that it was great!

No room cleaning service was offered. Not enough towels or wash clothes were provided in the room. I was told you had to stay at least three nights to have your room cleaned. No one was hardly at the front desk and no one was picking up the phone. I think something happened because the man who was at the front desk was also serving breakfast. More staff badly needed.

At check-in was given choice of floors which was very good as my wife has walking issues & this allowed very close access to parking lots. The room was bigger than expected. The laundry room was on 1st floor, a plus since we needed washer & dryer. Breakfast was on time & good... only lacked toast & bacon.

Front lobby parking had minimum spaces & all filled up requiring long walk around building in order to check-in.

The young lady that checked us in was amazingly fast and accommodating she was also very friendly and helpful when she was on duty.

I would have rated it a 10 however we wanted to use the sleep sofa and the mattress was stained and there were no linen in the room for the sleeper. We needed to use it but could not get in touch with the front desk. We went down and called and no one answered. Please evaluate your mattresses on the sleeper. They are not appealing to the eye. Also the cleaning staff needs to be sure there are linen in the rooms for the sleepers. We had to take a sheet off of one bed and a blanket off of another to try to make due.

From the time I made my call to let them know I was running late Brain Singer. The Supervisor was amazing. He even took a picture with me. this will be my go-to place when needed.

Some of the room was older in the sense of there was water damage in the bathroom. My hallway lights were back ordered so it was dark outside my door.
