Courtyard Boston Downtown/North Station

The location! Less than 10 minute walk to North End, the famous Union Oyster House, Faneuil Hall Marketplace and Sam Adams Tap House. We had a gorgeous view of the Zakim Bridge and peekaboo view of the Charles river from our room. Since we were only in Boston for 24 hours, being situated at this hotel helped us explore so much in a short amount of time. They kindly checked our bags before and after check-in, which was super helpful.

We were very pleased with the room and location. The Courtyard is conveniently located very near a subway stop. We can't say enough good about Tony. He was at the front desk and so very helpful with suggestions and directions. Thank you Tony.

I expected breakfast to be better. I am not accustom to not getting a coffee refill. Also each day there was a new person at the register and each day we were told different information about what our breakfast included. Our reservation included breakfast which was nice. The food was mediocre and the inconsistency regarding what our breakfast included was frustrating.

The location was fabulous - centrally located to everything, and very convenient to public transportation. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Super clean. Great value, at least at the time we were there. Top quality toiletries. There is a informal lending library in the lobby where you can take or leave books.

My pet peeve was the hotel has completely outsourced all beverages and breakfast to Starbucks. So you can not get a cup of coffee or tea without paying for it. There is no Keurig or coffee maker or microwave in the rooms, so there is no way to make your own beverage.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great location. In recent years the area has been revamped. The hotel felt new. Across the road from Boston North Station (trains) and so had a taxi rank outside. 15 minutes (approx) walk to Faneuil Hall. Behind the Station is TH Gardens stadium sports games/ concerts. CVS drugstore, dunking donuts, convince shop and food hub all within 5 minute walk. And if all the walking takes its toll on your feet at least 2 mani/pedi salons 5 minutes away (highly recommend) We had electrical adapters with us. Lots of outlets around the room and USB beside beds. No kettle ,there is coffee/tea pod machine. Ice machine on corridor and use of microwave in lobby area. Not at all noisy. 2 big games and 2 concerts on during our stay, Lizo and Kiillers. All seemed orderly and well organised. Would definitely recommend 👌

When we booked the room we thought it was a 2 room studio. A bed room and kitchen/living with sofa bed.The Queen studio had 2 double bed. Very comfortable. But the sofa bed in same room. No kitchen facilities except mini fridge and coffee maker.

Extremely clean hotel with a luxurious feel! Staff went out of their way! Valet parking was exceptional!

The only thing I did not like, was that they gave us a room that was handicapped without asking us if it was OK or explaining the difference. My kids got a room with a glorious walk-in shower and I got stuck with a tub that was raised. I just recently had double total knee replacement surgery so stepping in and out of that tub was a lot harder than a normal tub. I much rather would’ve had a walk in shower! The huge step down out of the tub every time I got out was kind of a pain in the neck with my new knees!!

The staff was very professional. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Karina was so pleasant and helped us with a couple of special requests. She was perfect ! Thanks so much Karina ! The locatiion was very convenient to the concert venue. The bistro was great for a quick bite before the show. Good coffee in the morning. I would give a 10 if there was all day coffee and a more comfy bed

The price is crazy when there is a show. Little more then necessary. There should be coffee all the time in the lobby. At the very least the little creamers for the coffee in your room. I would prefer all day coffee. Was still a great night.

The room was amazing-- plenty of room for our family of six! We had a view of the bridge and easy access to the fitness center. We also used the laundry facilities, which were well kept and had complimentary travel-size laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The hotel was so close to the North End/Little Italy restaurants and easy walking to the Freedom Trail. Also, the North End T station is right across from the hotel lobby. We would definitely stay again!

Parking was pricey, but the ease of the valet made it worthwhile.

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, the staff at this hotel really made this place shine. Our room was lovely, comfortable and quiet but it was the friendly valet parking attendants who greeted us & the outstanding Tony who checked us in at the front desk that made us the most happy. Breakfast in the lobby was delicious, fast and served with many smiles. Such a pleasant surprise!

The hotel felt warm and inviting and also modern and upbeat - everything felt youthful with a great lobby for hanging out. The food was excellent! We loved the Starbuck's coffee in the morning, too! We had a free drink each on the hotel (compliments o Francesca at the front desk who helped us with our "lost" reservation - the name was just entered incorrectly). We also had a booth to ourselves with a tv in the lobby and got to see St. Peter's College beat Purdue in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen (3/25/22)! St. Peter's is my dad's Alma Mater! You will feel at home here. A great place to stay to explore Boston or just stay an extra night after a business meeting as we did. We stayed at the Omni for the first night. We had a great experience at the Courtyard as a more cozy place than the Omni! We liked the Omni very much! We also liked having the second night in a smaller venue.

Nothing was to dislike.

The hotel must have been recently renovated and is very nicely done. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Excellent location-close to T, TD Garden and walkable to everywhere else. As I read in other reviews, Tony is very friendly and helpful!!’

Was disappointed when I tried to reach guest services the first night-several times and no one answered.
