Marriott Boston Quincy

The staff was professional. The building was beautiful and I enjoyed the atmospheric lighting and decor. Very professional and friendly environment. This hotel is a shining example of what a hotel should feel like - the housing keeping staff visit you in the morning too, which is something VERY rare post COVID & in general.

Short and to the point - Parking here is a little difficult. I don't blame the facility for that, but it definitely made things harder after a long night working off site. The wifi & parking are paid for - which I understand - a facility of this size & that accommodates the property entails. Weddings, Business Functions, etc. However, for the price, I was hoping for at least free either of those services.

the breakfast is 20+ per person. the buffet should reflect more options such as a European style breakfast if possible. there is quite a diverse set of people that come through this facilities. Also add a few more items to the shop section for those that do not have any snacks during the night time since all items in that area closes early

The hotel was very clean, luxurious, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, excellent excellent, and worth the stay alone. The fitness center was better than any fitness center I’ve ever seen in any other hotel. If you work out off while you travel, this is a great choice. The hotel staff is friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I would not hesitate to say again.

It is a peaceful and beautiful place. I felt peace and comfort here. All staff, including those in the restaurant and bar, are friendly and friendly. All food in the restaurant and bar was delicious. I would definitely stay here if I come back to Boston.

It is far from the center of Boston and transportation is inconvenient. It is a good place to stay again despite these inconveniences.

No microwave in room, but used the one in the lobby. Did NOT. Like the adjoining door in our room to the next hotel room. Not your fault, but the were very loud and easily heard because of the adjoining door.

I was told there was a pool. I understand it was closed bc of COVID. I thought maybe it could be open by appointment. My daughter was disappointed but I understand. Once I asked that the room be turned over and it wasn’t, I had to ask again. Other than that it was great. Excellent service. Very comfortable beds and pillows. I would have loved a bathtub but the shower was fine. Really nice hotel. Will stay there again.

Open the pool by appointment! No bathtub- sad If someone staying 7 days asks to have the room turned over, please do!

The location and room was great. The atmosphere in hotel was pretty and comfortable.

We booked this Mariott because the one across town had pool renovations - well guess what! Very disappointed that the pool and spa were not available to use at this location-the site we used to book clearly stated the pool was under reno for the other one-so we chose this location. Room was pricier. The restaurant had good food but SO overpriced. I paid $18 for a salad that barely filled half a bowl - its lettuce!!

The bottom fitted sheet did not fit ...was too tight and was untucked from the beginning..kept getting feet tangled in it. Then came off at the top. All in all what could have been great night was totally disrupted. The thought of sleeping on just the mattress cover was gross. It was extremely difficult to try and get it tucked in and was not strong enough to do it.😬

They never gave me my bonvoy points , I called Marriott an even though they could see the sttay at hotel they still needed me to produce a receipt with some number on it. I seem to go through this everytime I stay at a Marriott , is it even worth it ??? Still nothing on my points, and check in I was told was at 4 o'clock for wedding at 5, I did not get the wedding rate either even though I called 4 days after I received the invite an I know people called after that an got the 169$ wedding rate. But yet I'm paying for a room that check in is at 4 an check out was at 11 am so 19 hours and I'm paying g a full rate?? I always stay at Marriott s when my wife an I go away but to be honest we might be changing it up.

Jordan at reception was outstanding - gracious, helpful, welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay just right.

Marriott, you really ought to stop nickel and diming your “guests”. it’s bad. can you put some water in the rooms? And additional charge for parking for paying “guests”!!! Ridiculous.
