Hampton Inn & Suites Boston/Stoughton, Ma

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were accommodating and helped with anything we needed. There is free coffee/hot chocolate. The complimentary breakfast is good. They have a nice spread, fruit, yogurt, and fresh waffle batter to make your own waffles. They have a Peloton in the workout facility and an indoor pool. The morning of check-out, we were running a little late. So we called down to the desk, and they extended our check-out time by 1 hour, with no questions asked.

There wasn't much to dislike, only a couple of small things. There was an empty plastic cup on the floor in the corner next to the wall and the lounge chair. The only other thing was my fiancé thought the shower could've been scrubbed a touch more, I personally thought it was okay.

Plenty of room, very cleaan witha large bed and fluffy pillows. After the tunnel closing it is a grat location to reach the airport with no delays.

We have stayed at this property multiple times perfect location, cleanliness and we definitely enjoy the breakfast in the mornings 

The only thing we didn’t like was being on the first floor, but other than that the hotel is great.

the street this property was located, belongs to two different district, so my family came to pick us up, it’s either Avon or Stoughton, easily to get lost

Our family just went through a completely tragic & sudden loss of a relative. We traveled up from Jacksonville, FL and have so many relatives that already live in Boston, MA that have all been pouring their love into us. The hotel staff allowed us to use the cafe area as a place to meet with our family and gather together - we did this nearly everyday. We did this as a group and we always cleaned up after ourselves. It really impressed me that they allowed us to do this. They were absolutely amazing and compassionate with us. The hotel manager was incredibly friendly and I’ll never forget the amount of courtesy that was extended to our family with EVERY single encounter we had with EVERY single staff member. We were really in a time of need for that and the staff of this hotel knocked it out the park. I’m blown away by the level of care and caution our family received and the rooms were great. We extended our stay a day and every time we come to Boston, I’ll be staying here.

The Hilton Honors (HH) app is really a thing! I'm truly impressed. (This hotel is a member of the Hilton Honors awards program) After downloading the app I was able to get a digital key and open the door with the app on my iPhone, so it gave me peace of mind with regards to my plastic keys which is always an issue for me - I keep losing or forgetting them. My room 123 was located on the ground floor and had easy access to the gym (I was very surprised to see the pool there!), ice machine, filtered water machine and the reception with the free hot water & basic coffees. They also had individual apples wrapped in plastic tape at the reception. You are to wear a mask when outside your room. The staff were super friendly. There is a small shop with basic goods at the reception, anything you might urgently need, very convenient. The parking lot is large and convenient. The room was super clean when I arrived and the staff strictly observed my 'Do not Disturb' sign during my stay which I appreciated a lot! This is very rare, from my experience. They don't do any housekeeping unless you request it which was also to my liking. The room had a microwave and a fridge, which was most convenient. There is a huge Target store just next door from the hotel where you can get pretty anything you might need. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, although I chose this place only for its price and location (it was close to where I needed to be), I would definitely come back if I ever need to be here again.

My room 123 was located on the ground floor and my window faced the parking, the guests parked their cars just outside my window, it was very awkward despite the curtain. No bath robes are available at the hotel, unfortunately. My room was very cold and there is no opening the window to let the fresh air in, so I got headaches in the morning because I put the heater on. It's very loud too. The pillows were not especially nice, the mattress was not too comfortable and squeaky, so I can't say I had a nice rest at night.

Location was good and breakfast was good.

When I checked in, even though I had paid for 3 people in the room, they would only give me 2 bottles of water. A bottle of water is cheap compared to what I paid for the 3rd person in the room. I thought that it was pretty petty on the hotels part.

The room was clean and bed very comfy. This was our second time staying there! We like it!! The whole property is clean, and staff is very nice and welcoming 😊

The cleaning staff was on her phone and on speakerphone at 8 am. We could hear her making her way through every room in the hallway🙄, finally my husband had to ask her to lower her voice. Very unprofessional

Honestly there really wasn’t anything to dislike.

The breakfast was cool, just a jump start for the day. The location was awesome, close to all the places I visited during my stay.

The bedding. The pillows were flat with no fluff or support. The bed itself seemed like it was still wrapped in plastic and made a lot of noise.
