Hampton Inn Boston/Braintree

Location Cleaning staff was great with fresh to and made up beds.

Pool and hot tub closed, not notified until we got there. Should have been up front with us or offered a discount. Stop using turkey products instead of pork for breakfast meats. Shower pressure was not consistent. Paint peeling everywhere in bathroom. Also coffee cup lids did not fit cups

Efficient staff. Room was clean. Didn't charge extra for my dog, which was great. Breakfast was decent.

Air con was leaking all over the carpet. Very warm/stuffy in main hallways and lobby, but rooms were fine. A bit pricy, but it's Boston. Not really a great dog walking place, but the parking lot was large, with a few grassy areas, so it was doable.

The breakfasts were great, as was the location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would have liked a little larger room. But the room was clean and comfortable. We did request another chair, which the staff happily brought us. All and all it was a very nice 9 days.

The room could have been a little larger. Another chair was brought to us, which was a desk chair. If the room could have had a recliner or a comfortable chair it would have made it better. All and All it was a Wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Braintree. We stayed 9 nights, we had added on to the original reservations, we came in 3 days earlier.

The breakfast completely exceeded my expectations and the staff designated to the breakfast area blew me away with how well they kept up with everything. I was also impressed with the snack area in the lobby. Very nice touch. The entire hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay again without hesitation. Thank you for all that you did to make my stay enjoyable.

I have no complaints or suggestions to improve anything. My stay was incredible and I look forward to doing future business with Hampton Inn. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff at this Hotel were outstanding, polite, informative and they all did a wonderful job at taking care of everyone. The breakfast bar was fantastic with a different variety of food every day and there was plenty of room for seating.

No Complaints whatsoever

lots of good breakfast choices & hot chocolate bar. staff was very friendly. we had 2 dogs and were having issues with other guests standing outside our rooms, enticing our dogs to bark basically. the staff called and asked and when i told them other guests were doing that, they sent someone to our room to see and i never got another complaint.

I love this hotel and all its staff i don't think you can find a hotel run more efficiently than this one! The rooms are big the beds are comfortable there very clean.

I didn't like the breakfast area not better looked after non guest can walk in take what they want and leave. One woman coughing in the food area not covering her mouth, coughing is fine but a person in there 60's should know better. Im not worried at all about covid! It's the flu or common cold passed this way.

Breakfast was excellent, nice variety of items...kids loved the waffles!! Our AC was off during our stay, but the very nice staff took care of it promptly! The staff at this location was so friendly and always ready to assist, definitely a location to come back to, thank you.

I cannot think of anything that really matters...overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The fact that the pool and spa was closed for the whole three days was very annoying and inconvenient for me.the reason I booked this hotel was mainly for the pool and spa.

There was a very visible police presence that had to do with long staying indigent clients. The 1st night was quiet bet the second night there were people running up and down the hallway on the floor above me.
