excellent breakfast, lots of choices. all done at a distance- with card left on door knob and breakfast packaged and ready next morning on sideboard. Living space downstairs so you could leave room and still hang out. Door code for security on front and bedrooms though I think some did not know how to lock front properly- it was unlocked a few times. Location a few blocks from town center so crowds/noise not a problem, but still on main street.

only surprise was ferocious shower stream in bathroom. Great water pressure but no way to calm the force and that was quite strong, enough to sting. Some people may love it and it certainly gets soap off fast.

Close to downtown Rockport. We were staying for our Anniversary, when we arrived we were given a beautiful vase of Roses and a box of locally made chocolates.

The photos of the property showed a dining space in the home. The rate included breakfast. When we arrived, we had to fill out a card for our breakfast choices ( no hot food) , to be delivered to our room the following morning. That was very disappointing. There was a property manager on-site, however, not the experience you get when you stay at an Inn. Everything was done by texting.

The convenience of parking and spending the night at a quiet, immaculately clean, beautifully maintained Inn. This Inn is within walking distance of performance art venues, galleries, shops, restaurants, beaches and lovely neighborhoods. It's especially peaceful in February.

This isn't necessarily a dislike - it's more of an observation. Sally Webster Inn was less personal than an Inn and more like an AirBNB property - given that there essentially no contact with the hosts. With that said - everything was perfectly explained by email and text and the online booking arrangement was easy and confidence inspiring. A choice of multiple healthy breakfast options arrived in a take-out bag with carafe's of steaming hot coffee - and there was plenty of everything. Could have used a couple of little plates in the room to go with the nice ceramic mugs. But again - this isn't a complaint. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return there if given the opportunity and would recommend the place to others.

The breakfast worked out well; delicious pastries, plenty of coffee, yogurt and granola (my usual) and fresh fruit. It was delivered on time and very enjoyable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed and good shower.

The lighting in the room was quite dim. I tried reading using my iphone flashlight but struggled. The bathroom was quite tight. The corner of the fireplace mantel protruded causing us to bump our heads a few times as we entered and exited the bathroom.

LOVED this place! Super quiet, but within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beach, etc. Rockport is lovely and the shop owners are all very nice. We didn't see much of the staff (which was nice in a weird way), due to the self check-in, but caught a glimpse of housekeeping one afternoon and they were very nice. We sat out back in the sun in the garden area one afternoon, which provided equal amounts of shade, sun & cozy charm. Small-ish rooms but it made it romantic and kept us close while we stayed. Super clean. Breakfast was included and generous portions. Thank you!

The bathroom door didn't stay shut in the room we had. Kind of made it feel slightly less upscale than I think they're intending, but didn't ruin anything. Was just a funny thing we laughed about the whole time we were there. Everything else was so nice that we didn't want to complain, or I'm sure the property would've tried to fix it for us.

Breakfast was delicious. A table & chairs to eat at would have been nice but we didn’t mind terribly I liked being able to walk to the shops! The house and room were beautiful. Loved the large bathroom and had great water pressure in the shower. Lastly, Marshall was a great host.

The bed was very soft for our liking and the pillows were very hard. It didn’t impact our stay however

Beautiful room - “Sadie the Goat” room! Just as nice as the pictures. Converted historic home (1830s) and it had that wonderful feel. Original fireplaces and wood beams. On our 40th anniversary, and the owners provided a very nice surprise for us. Within nice walking distance to town, shops, Bears Neck, and restaurants. No in-person contact with owners but they were always available via text. Bed was incredibly comfortable! Very small bathroom if that matters to you. Breakfast scones were exceptionally delicious.

Bedroom is nicely decorated, bed is massive and the rooms are all very clean and quirky. Hot breakfast option is limited but the scones were tasty and freshly prepared every morning.

Bathroom is very small especially if sharing the room with a friend. There’s a communal living room but no dining room / other communal indoor area that can be used. So breakfast needs to be enjoyed in each of the bedroom therefore the set-up is more suited for couples.

The room was absolutely adorable! We loved the nautical theme and color schemes! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was tiny but did the job and very clean, which we always appreciate. Breakfast was all ready outside in the hall at 8am. The pastries were delicious and there were many options to choose from. The bed and breakfast is walking distance from the town of Rockport. We ate at Roy Moore seafood restaurant and it was delicious. Coffee at Helmut Strudel with a fantastic view is a must! We had a great stay and would 100% recommend!

We really can complain about anything! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very good (great pastries and yogurt) and it was necessary to eat at the little table in our room as there is no dining area. It would be helpful for the inn to provide wine glasses and a cork screw in the guest rooms. Bed was very comfortable and cozy.

There was nothing that I did not like. The bathroom sink area is quite small however and it is all the fixtures were new and high quality. The shower was very roomy and nice. Perhaps an additional shelf in the bathroom would be helpful.
