DoubleTree by Hilton Dearborn

The room was a great size. The bed and sofa were comfy. The tv was big for an hotel and I liked that we had a mini fridge in the room, that was a nice surprise!

Disappointed in the pool and hot tub area. It didn’t look look well maintained and there were no pool towels. I was also disappointed in the size of the pool as well. With that big of a hotel the pool should be much larger. I also didn’t realize there were no food options around the area even for late night snacks.

The manager here is remarkable, he went above and beyond to accommodate us, all while taking care of an entirely sold out hotel by himself... I can not say enough great things about our stay here.. there was ample close parking, moderate breakfast available for purchase, bed is extremely comfortable, air is crisp, pool and jacuzzi are both open... the restaurant isn't open for dining in but offer carry out options daily!! I promise you won't regret this stay...

The poor workers are so short staffed, they are running like chickens with their heads cut off yet still managing to keep up with all the chaos and daily itineraries!!

Pretty quiet and Olivia at the front check in was super nice

I called to confirm my reservation, the person who answered insisted I did not have a reservation , when I asked to speak with someone at the hotel; he very rudely told me he was as the hotel and that I needed to pay again ( I had pre-paid several months in advance) . I hung up and actually called the hotel, spoke with Olivia who confirmed our reservation and asked me to ask her specifically if we had any difficulty when we arrived

The front desk staff(Alvin) offered excellent assistance. I was booked at another hotel and the rooms were no good. He made a bad day turn around in a matter of minutes, down to the warm chocolate chip cookies.

There were so many little kids in the pool, we were unable to use. Needed a cutoff time. There were in the pool till it closed.

The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold foods. The servers were courteous and made you feel welcome.

There was nothing I didn’t like!

everything was acceptable. the shower felt good. the beds where very comfortable. room where clean and sanitized with no tampering. the pool was a hit with all the kids and services were lovely.

just had a problem with the fact i was not informed ahead of time that there was a 100.00 dollar deposit due at check in. You all need to make sure that is stated on every site you are posted on. Thank God i had it, but had i not and was not aware of it this would've been a not so good rating

it smelled clean when we walked in and the staff was friendly

too many kids that were straight out of the pool running around and making noise and getting the floors wet

Reception was great and security man was very nice with experience and he was answering all my questions really fully helped

First floor smiling bad just from drugs but the other floor was very clean

The Service from the Team during Check In and the Support from the Team was great

Staff was wonderful and facilities were clean and inviting. 

lol! Too far away from my house to stay there all the time :-)
