The hotel exceeded expectations in every way possible. Check-in, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, literally everything was done professionally, and created a stress free and wonderful experience. I want to give a special thank you to the wonderful gentleman working at the front desk Saturday afternoon/evening. The customer in front of me in check-in was being extremely rude, loud, and difficult, and he handled the situation in the most professional and polite way possible. The way this hotel is run should be the standard.

I know you get what you pay for, and we got excellent service in every department, but 135 for a room is a little crazy, however I know that isn't really anything that specific hotel can do about that.

Clean! Comfy bed, good pillows. Tall shower (I'm 5'11" and it was WELL over my head), hot water, good water pressure. I liked the caddy with the full-size shampoo/conditioners and the towels were soft. Good lighting in the bathroom too. I liked the hooks on the walls to hang my jacket on, and the chaise in the room was nice. Lots of accessible outlets. Good breakfast, lots of parking. Easy to find. Staff was SUPER nice. Hallways were very clean, quiet hours well-enforced. Cute patio off of the lobby. We were not there long enough to use the pool or the gym.

The *only* thing that was off is our dead bolt didn't work, but I told someone when we left and I'm sure it will be fixed.

The hotel was new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and I liked the hot breakfast, especially because you changed it slightly each day. The Dove soap dispensers were a nice touch.

The pillows were way too soft. Don't like pillows you can easily fold. Also for a hotel chain, i am surprised that you didn't have recycle trash bins in the room. I wish you had laundry facilities on the premises.

The staff was professional and courteous. Apologized for us having to wait less than two minutes. Warm and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom could use a little TLC. The front of the shower pan was weathered like there had been a flood in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom would not stay open.

Breakfast was great. Not only was the food delicious but it was presented well. Cassie was quick to clean and disinfect tables as guests left the area.

Only one chair was in the room - two chairs would have provided more comfort, Note pads and pens, a Gideon Bible and TV channel guide were not provided.

New facilities. Excellent breakfast options. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Quiet.

I shared with the desk clerk that the shampoo in the shower was not properly filled. It was not shampoo. He took note of it and hopefully they will fix that for the next guest

The breakfast was good they have variety of food choices for family friendly.

I didn't like the extra expensive. Need to know up front what I am paying. Service charge was added just needed to now. This was a quick trip wasn't planned.

Everything was excellent, very clean, good hot breakfast. No smell of any type of smoke in hallways. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place to stay. 10 stars

Close to the Ford Assembly plant and Greenfield Village attractions. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. Room was very clean and light. A good place to come to.

Perhaps a spa would be nice in addition to the pool.

it was a new property. Very nice.

it was right off the Southfield freeway. That made it easy access in and out.
