My stay was great! My King Ste. had the perfect amount of space, the microwave and mini fridge definitely made my stay more pleasant and convenient. The location is great for accessing the freeway, grocery store and tons on restaurants nearby.

Although my room was nice and the facilities are clean, my room had a smell. Not a mildew or musty smell, but a funky smell/odor. No matter how much air freshener I sprayed, that smell stayed. Perhaps it's the draperies, carpet or fabrics, but it wasn't good at all. Not bad enough to make me want to change rooms, just noticeable that's all.

Nice staff. Food was good. Bed was comfy.

The room I got kinda didn't look any way similar to the photo I saw. I saw a outside of the bathroom sink. But this one was sink in bathroom. Other than me being a little upset I didn't get the room shown it wasn't bad. But wasn't 10/10. But sense it is a nice room. Ac was hard to work. Blinds didn't close fully. 8/10. Note: I'll use you guys sense I'm 1 for 2 on good experiences. But I'll have to go a little more pricy sense I thought I was getting a slightly different room.

The location was nice, staff was friendly, pool area and gym were neat (hair on the floor in pool area),rooms were pretty good and the eating area was clean.

1. Room said it hospital sanitized but the wall behind the door in bathroom was dirty as were the vents. Other than that the rooms were clean and nice. 2. The TV would periodically blink off then back on. 3.We were there for 4 days . Breakfast consisted of egg pattie and sausage links and dry cereal. 4. This one really wasn't their fault and I feel they did the best they could to manage it but the.last night we were there there were a bunch of kids (6-8) being very loud outside of our door and the pool area. 5. The lady checking me out was pleasant but never asked how my stay was or anything like that.

The lady who checked us in, her name was Christine, was very friendly, kind and informative. She helped us with extra towels and small trash bags. We had our 1 year old and she was able to give us a room on the main floor. All the staff we interacted with during our stay was friendly.

It was a multi night stay, and our cards had to be reactivated the next day.

Easy access from interstate and 10 mins from airport

Our room was all the way at the end of the hallway. Two nights in a row we had to go all the way back to front desk to have keys rekeyed. we stayed a whole week and had to ask for tissue and towels several times.

I enjoyed the spacious handicap accessible room. AND that it was right off the elevator to the right.

It wasn’t ‘about’ the property it was ‘at’ the property: 1) Late, late hour guest getting off elevator & talking loud with the elevator noise ( which was expected, however guests were having a good time. 2) Bathroom ‘light’ toooo dark in bathroom. 3) That guest didn’t accompany their children to the Breakfast area & some of the children was picking on some of the children.

I asked for a room on the top floor and away from the elevator. Our request was honored.

Our registration went well, however, there was a young woman trying to get a room and didn't have proper ID. She was treated quite rudely and the desk clerk was very loud and repeatedly refused to give her a room. I understand the process, but it was made known to everyone present. Over and over again.

The staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very delicious. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The walls are a little thin, people next to us were loud but the staff took care of this matter swiftly.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. I liekd the pool and breakfast was reliable and well attended. Desk clerk was especially pleasant and efficient.

I had trouble logging into teh internet but my spouse had no problem so maybe it was me.

The room was clean bed was soft.

. Way to many kids. Hotel parties are cool but not for the other paying guests I could not hear my own children next to me. And we chose this hotel because of the pool and closeness to the freeway. I stayed away from the airport hotels because of this issue with birthday hotel parties being loud and obnoxious for other family's
