Clean rooms friendly staff. Across the street from the mall. Very close to restaurants and a straight shot to downtown in about 15 mins.
The lobby area was a little noisy late at night. A few louder parties on the floor we were on but not terrible. We got in late after a concert and I imagine a lot of people in the hotel were at one of the two shows going on downtown that night which added a little bit to the noise.

I didn't appreciate the extra 10.00 Incidental fee on my room charge--if your posting the charge there should be a disclosure on this website and any website of other charges. You put on their the sales tax and any state/county taxes for hotels. WHY not that.

I booked through a third party “Booking” and the hotel was not going to honor my price I paid. they told me to pay the price their computer showed and they’d refund me later. I told them I’d wait until they figured it out now and that I was not going to do pay more. they finally figured it out but advised me to never use a third party again to avoid the “hassle”.

I liked almost every aspect. It was very accommodating. The location is great.
I would have rated this stay a 10, but the noise coming from the pool area around 11:30 at night was just too much for me to ignore. I was just short of calling the front desk to complain. I was disappointed with the monitoring of this area by staff. So my stay earns an 8.

I think breakfast should go back to the way it was prior to Covid. Someone should be serving/handing it to guests. I appreciate what was available, but everyone is still touching everything.
I purchased 2 Red Bull’s from the front desk. I was charged $3 for the first one and $2 for the second one. Why is the price different for the same exact thing???
