The decorations in the room were modern and a little bit trendy! It makes for a unique hotel experience, and it was absolutely our favorite part of the room. I can recommend the hotel on this fact alone. The room was clean and had everything we need, including fresh towels, etc

There were lots of lights switches the, and all of them were controlled by a master light switch which we had to figure out. Also, the shower layout was such that you could not adjust the temperature of the water before you got in completely. It made for a harrowing and messy experience.

the shower faucet was awkward and a bit hard to get use to - paired with the hot water temp was super hot (like really)- which is great- except when trying to figure out faucet situation, it could be very easily possible for someone to burn themselves.

1) when I checked out, my daughter was still getting ready so left my luggage in the room and told the staff that I needed to get back upstairs. They said my card would work but I got stuck in the elevator. Kinda scary. 2) you all are losing business on the rooftop restaurant. Service is slow because lack of glassware and you don’t have a place to store extra bottles of liquor. Staff have to run up and down.

The hotel was beautiful... clean and extremely well done. The bed was comfortable and we loved the curtains in the room (blackout, motorized). Very comfortable and romantic. The espresso maker was an awesome bonus. The disappointments were the breakfast restaurant closed super early, there's no hot tub, and there's no valet parking. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. There's no hotel employees waiting outside, so it's hard to identify the hotel at first. The front desk is small and weird... No help with luggage or a greeting of any kind. There is a great diner for breakfast within walking distance (Leo's Coney Island) and you do get a ticket so parking in the ramp is free (there's no parking at the hotel, so unload your luggage while checking in or plan on walking back to the hotel with it).

No valet, no greeter, no luggage help. If you are carrying an overnight bag, no big deal. If you are traveling with a family or staying multiple nights, you'll want to consider a different hotel. No hot tub... I would consider this a more adult focused hotel. A hot tub or pool would be awesome, it provides an evening activity for people who don't want to drink or visit bars.

Very clean, quiet, and unique. Friendly staff, great location, luggage loading was easy enough with the loading zone in front. Our room had a great view and the TV welcomed me and my Wife into our stay right on screen! The elevator rides and friendly guests made our experience that much more. The Nespresso machine in the room was a wonderful way to start our night out on the town!

They didn't have a normal soft drinks selection that you would find in most hotel lobbies. They only serve drinks through their restaurant, which did make up for it. I would recommend to my friends and family to bring your own caffeinated sports drinks, soft drinks or even energy drinks.

Very modern, fantastic location, reasonable parking prices (including in/out of the ramp), Knoop the rooftop bar was fantastic! The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly.

It would be nice if there was a better way to get from the parking garage to the hotel however this would be a challenging fix as the ramp is not owned by the hotel. You do need to walk a block or walkthrough the movie theater lobby to get to the hotel lobby.

It was the perfect location for anything down town Grand rapids and the hotel was beautiful and the room was exceptional

I was highly disappointed to see that even after multiple emails prior to our visit that masks were required in the hotel that literally not one staff member was wearing one. It was fairly uncomfortable to say the least, with everyone traveling from different places to stay at the hotel it was expected by myself and my husband that everyone would have been expected to mask in public areas of the establishment.

Clean and New. Perfect location directly across the street from the Venue.

I felt it was overpriced, but there was an event in town that weekend. My reservation had Breakfast Included, but the hotel does not offer breakfast packages. Thankfully the manager waived the fees. Hilton needs to check to see if the hotel has breakfast, before they offer breakfast. The coffee cups and and carafe for water in the room seemed to be straight out of the box, and not cleaned before they were put in the rooms. Still had cardboard dust in them. The fridge had a foul odor.

Location was ideal for our needs. All needed amenities were readily available.

The air turned off when we were gone for the day, must be a activity sensor somewhere, so our room was stuffy when we returned and took a while to cool back down to our liking. There is no fan in the bathroom, minor inconvenience.

Very neat, clean and comfortable. great location. We came for Art Prize and they had a great display of art within the hotel. It is just off the main downtown streets, easy access but not right in the heart of traffic and people.

The alarm clock was left on in the room and woke us in the am. The communal ice/water dispenser was not user friendly and the glass water bottles in the room (which were a great idea) had a narrow lip so the ice from the machine spilled off to the side, just a minor issue, but you might want to know.
