Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Kalamazoo

The location was close to the expressway, so it was easy to find. The whole hotel was clean and not so big that I felt in danger of leaving the room on my own. I liked that the gym was on the first floor and view of the hall so I didn't feel like I was in danger working out alone. If I am ever in need of a hotel in the area, I will book a room there again.

The only thing I would say could be improved is that I forgot my hairbrush and mouthwash at home. There were a few snacks available at the desk, but there could have been more options offered. But that was actually a minor inconvenience that in no way impacted my stay.

Room was clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern, clean as well. The TV system was nice, much better than other places I've stayed, allowing access to YouTube and Netflix rather than basic cable channels.

The location of the hotel is kind of bland, between a large farm equipment retailer and a highway, but it's a close enough drive to good food spots and the Wings Event Center that it doesn't really detract from the quality of the stay.

The hotel was really nice. The room and everything in it was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not great. Pool area was significantly smaller than what it looked like in the picture- but it was still a nice area and pool. Not all of the ice machines worked, but the ones that did had great ice.

room was amazing to very comfy bed, loved the walk in shower.

pool was cold to the point the our young was were shivering the entire time in the pool. Breakfast was a little disappointing to the fact that we actually left the property to get breakfast.

Smelled clean upon entering the lobby. Next to freeway and busy street but very quiet. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Quiet halls. Large walk-in shower with lavender/sage pump bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash Circle lighting around bathroom mirror.

No complaints.

Nice clean facilities, breakfast good, staff very nice. I would certainly stay their again. Beds were very comfortable.

Clean room

Breakfast could have been better. Lots of kids running around. There was a team of hockey players there and we're running in the halls.

Location = 👍, Amenities provided were excellent, breakfast provided nice selection of items to get our day started, actually had a computer and printer available for use by guests which I really because I had a couple of documents to print that were to be deleted if not retrieved.

Everything, clean, comfortable, great staff, great breakfast for once a hotel had what they said!

There was nothing that I didn't like or enjoy!

The hotel looked relatively new and was adhering to Covid restrictions

There was a homeless camp visible from our room. The description of the hotel offered city views and we ended up looking at tents and an industrial park.
