Radisson Plaza Hotel at Kalamazoo Center

We got a concierge level room and they had a private lounge with breakfast just for that floor. Brick and brine was amazing for dinner during restaurant week. And old Burdick right next door was a different setting but just as neat. The seats all around the hotel made it interesting to just sit and have conversations. Starbucks in the morning right downstairs too.

I didn't like that the concierge room was smaller even though there was only one bed.

Showers are wrong . We stayed on one of the newly renovated floors . The sliding glass doors for the showers were backwards. Should open from the non water coming down side . And room is small nice but small . Also had to pay for parking garage . They add it in your bill and suppose to be able to exit the garage using your room key S u don’t have to pay again . Ya, that didn’t work .$58 for larking for a 14 hour stay .

The property was clean and basic. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out was simple and we were able to check in early. The food from Burdicks inside the hotel was ok and their staff was pleasant as well. The pool and hot tub were relaxing and quiet.

The hot tub could use a cleaning or update but it was cool. The bathroom is extremely small. I had a king room. Other than that, this place was ok and I would stay again.

Bathroom were really small, we could hear everytime our neighbor came in and out of their room because we had a corner room. Their door was right next to ours.. I guess I expected a little more because I've heard great things about the Radisson and I'd previously communicated directly to them that it was our anniversary. It was our one year anniversary. Needed a little privacy if you know what I mean. We were woke out of sleep from their door opening and closing each morning or throughout the day.. It was kinda basic. But still very clean

The location was perfect. The valet service went over and above for my handicapped mother.

The handicap accessible rooms were the farthest from the elevator. There is a $10 charge to listen to music through the TV.

I love the location! Right downtown near bars, restaurants, and stores. The hotel is connected to many restaurants and stores as well. We walked from our room right to Burdick’s for dinner. The room was clean and had a great view of downtown. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well - plenty of counter space and plugs.

It was a very busy weekend so there were a lot of families around and many people walking around without masks on. Children were running around unsupervised.

I loved how there were so many opportunities right in the hotel.

It's not of the fault of the facility, but some of the restaurants and stores were closed due to the holiday. Definitely understandable but I wish we were able to experience it all. Also, they ran out of towels at the pool.

The staff were kind and friendly. Facilities were clean.

The restaurant for breakfast was not available on the days I stayed. I would have liked to have breakfast …

Room was clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Room service was fast and accurate. Burdick's bar and grill was nice with a decent selection of beers.

No breakfast restaurant Monday through Thursday. With employment the way it is, I'm not surprised. Elevators were under maintenance, but that's probably routine.

We did 2 connecting rooms for New Year’s Eve..one for kids one for adults. It was so convenient

One of the reasons we picked this particular hotel was because it included breakfast. The next morning when we came down for breakfast they stated they did not have breakfast since April 2020. That was a bummer for the kids. No voucher or anything was available for the restaurants located within the hotel either
