Sleep Inn & Suites

I've stayed at a lot of economy hotels right off the interstate in Michigan, and this one is hands down the best I've been to. It's perfectly located right off the highway, clean, feels safe, and has well appointed rooms and a good continental breakfast. All while being reasonably priced. Will be booking again in the future!

My only complaint is with the order-inn food they advertise in the rooms. I ordered from the restaurant in the listing, and the food was overpriced and not good. The restaurant is not affiliated with Sleep Inn, so it's not the hotel's fault, but I'd avoid ordering from them!

During my vacation, I came down with Covid. The front desk staff were very friendly, understanding, companionship and helpful. I had to add on to my initial reservation and I was able to stay in the same room. I was so glad. Breakfast food was good. I was able to gather some and go back to my room to eat. What a waste of a vacation, but staying here made it so much easier when I was so sick. Thank you.

The lady who checked us in was super nice, I've never had a friendly check in interaction before. The gentleman who checked us out was also nice. They both seemed happy to be there, which is very uncommon for me at other hotels.

The walls are thin, you can hear other people in connecting rooms. Plus if people slam their doors it can create a bit of a jump scare. Also the breakfast didn't have very much flavor or variety.

The room was clean and the pillows were amazing. The TV choices seemed a little lame but I'm used to having nearly everything on my home TV, so I'm spoiled. The bed was great, everything else was fine. It was a great price so I wasn't expecting much. They exceeded my expectations.

The TV was clunky to navigate and didn't have many stations. It was fine, especially considering the price.

Fantastic hotel! The room was super clean and the bed was great. It’s also a quiet area, so I slept like a baby. They have vending machines for snacks, and a comfortable area downstairs to relax. Also, the woman at the front office, Amber, was about the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever met. I’ll absolutely stay here on any future visits.

The room was very clean and well made up when I checked in. Housekeeping was attentive to details, with the bed neatly made, and the bathroom amenities attractively arranged.

It was clearly stated that the hotel was being remodeled, so those issues did not bother me, but the "hot breakfast" was frozen sandwiches that guests could microwave or oatmeal.

This was just a quick overnight while visiting our son in Kalamazoo. The bed was very comfortable and ample space and accommodations . The shower was good as well. The towels fresh and fluffy. We would stay here again.

The long hallway leading to our room, at 9 PM, had a bunch of dirty towels on the floor in a few piles, thus it didn't get as high a rating for cleanliness. The check-in was fine. Employee polite but mumbled or talked under her breath as she explained hotel policies, etc. Seemed tired but friendly enough.

Room was clean and large. Breakfast was amazing! Waffles, bagels, eggs, cereal, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and more. Plenty of options for anyone.

Nothing really. Was only there for 1 night, but had no complaints. Staff was very nice. They are doing construction, but it wasn't dirty or disorganized.

Clean room. comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Excellent hot breakfast of premade reheatables. Located just off freeway in a suburban area.

In the midst of renovation so some clutter. Room phone did not work. Our room appeared to be a queensized room with a kingsized bed, so little maneuvering space.
