Rest of the staff other than the breakfast lady was great! Shower was great with great pressure! The bed was awesome. Hotel and room were clean. Loved the little dove soap.

The breakfast bar staff was very rude and abrupt. 1st time there but she looked at us like we were stupid and pointed when we asked where something was. Didnt like the toilet and tub being seperate from the sink. Toilet too small and too short to the ground. I'm not handicapped but middle-aged people are spry chickens. It takes a little more effort to stand from a short toilet.

I like that you had Wi-Fi free of charge...but we only found out by accident. No one said anything about it at check in. Location was excellent for the event I was there to attend.

At check in I advised the reception that I was checking out a day early and I was told that I had to arrange the refund through booking.com because that's where I booked the room through. So I went to booking.com and I was advised on there to call the hotel directly. So your clerks at the front desk need to be trained appropriately. I did call down to front desk again later into the evening and the clerk there (who was a bit more experienced) simply advised that my credit card would be credited by the hotel. Also at check out, I asked for a receipt and it was the same gal as when I checked in advised me that she couldn't give me a receipt because it was booked through booking.com. So I don't know where the miscommunication is....

The staff was very friendly, facilities were clean. We could see the casino from our room window. I did not check out pool area. We had a king bed room 313 and it was clean and nice. I like the ceiling fan in the room and was happy to have a mini fridge! I would recommend this place

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this place. I will say the bathroom was small.

My cousin and I came up for the Rick Springfield concert. We have both worked in the hotel industry. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy (want to know where to buy the pillows), and so close to the casino. All staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious! What a wide variety of choices. Waffles and omelets, bagels and donuts and muffins, coffee and orange juice and apple juice. And an attendant on hand restocking everything. Would definitely choose to stay here again!

Wish I would have won enough money at the casino to pay for my room...lol! And sad I didn't get to use the hot tub because we didn't have time.

The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful, and the location was directly across the street from the water park we were visiting at a fraction of the cost of the hotel tied to the water park. Free breakfast was included and everything else we needed was less than 3 miles away on the same road including restaurants and a movie theater.

As others have stated, more protein options for breakfast would have been nice such as sausage, bacon, or scrambled eggs.

Comfortable, clean room with very nice pool. The breakfast staff (behind the counter man and cleaning lady) were friendly and johnny-on-the spot. They appeared to like their jobs and served the guests with a smile and good heart.

For the same price, we could have gotten more spacious rooms with better and more amenities. Would have liked more variety of fruit than just apples at breakfast.

I thought the hall carpeting was beautiful and having a microwave and refrigerator in the room was great! Bathroom was a little bit small and no shower mat made the shower very slippery and a little bit dangerous! The breakfast was excellent

front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. I received a text after getting to our room from McKenzie checking that we had everything we needed. We also received a text after checking out thanking us for staying.

I didn’t care for the breakfast eggs premade and had to put them in the microwave. Eggs were rubbery.

The bed and pillows were firm, but surprisingly comfy. The room seemed very well cleaned. Make it easier to tip the cleaning staff. Provide an envelope.

It kind of sleeves me out to have any food appliance next to a bathroom sink. Just no. I know it's a supply issue, but the ONLY low carb protein option for breakfast was a Western Omelette with onion and green pepper. No, thanks. But the lady who staffed the breakfast area was very, very nice, as were the people at the front desk.

Breakfast was good. No breakfast meat available, but plenty of choices. Very clean place. Excellent location!

The only issue was a external door was broken and dud not latch. However, as soon as we gave that information to the desk it was being repaired. Very fast!
