Courtyard by Marriott Mt. Pleasant at Central Michigan University

Noel at the front desk was helpful and friendly and went above to help us with check in, food options and local info. The rooms were nicely appointed. Appreciated the printer in the lobby to print out a few docs we needed for our appointment.

My daughter said the pull out was a little stiff, my husband said the same for our king mattress. We wished the Starbucks opened before 7 am, but we made do. Other than those 2 pieces of feedback, everything else was great.

I loved how spacious the rooms were because we had several family members and children in the area. I also loved how clean and accommodating the facility was! The lobby / dining area was incredible and the pool / hot tub was nice too!

I didn't like that the pillows were a little flat, but every place is different and every person prefers different. I also don't like that the rooms aren't cleaned regularly except upon request, but this is due to COVID.

Every hotel I have ever been to has free coffee, this place did not. Very disappointed about that. Also was told the price of the breakfast was included in our room (I booked it specifically that way) though when I got my receipt they had charged me for the breakfast (so basically I paid twice).

The room was very nice size and we had a balcony that we loved sitting on. The staff was fantastic and helped my wife and I at every turn. We will stay here again.

We liked it all but if there was one thing my wife and I would have like a king sized bed in the suite we had instead of two full sized beds.

staff from check in to check out was great, very clean loved our ropm the size was awesome along with the amenities. could of had towels set up for four aduts aas that was how room was booked but staff got us more.

there was no resturant on site. the information provided and phone call to main desk indicated there was but it was a bristo style place with limited selections . adult female who was on balacony on saturday moring and was naked screaming out to veryone we had smaller kids with us

there was a fire alarm and no guidance or instructions from staff Shocked that the fire department did not come despite the entire hotel being evacuated, outside in PJ with young children. badly managed

Staff went above and beyond to organize my accommodations for school. Room is always clean, staff is extremely helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile. Great employees here!

The property was close to a variety of shopping and dining options. The lobby was very inviting and a nice place to sit and relax with some reading and games with my son.

The limited time able to use the pool/ hot tub facilities although I do understand with the Covid restrictions. Hot tub time was cut short due to some young guests not following the posted restrictions on the recommended amount of guests at one time.

Very convenient to shopping and dining. Rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional.
