Clean rooms; excellent restaurant adjacent to hotel; good food and service.

We traveled with 2 other ouples. All of the rooms were booked on my credit card, instead of Booking.com just holding the reservation. on my card. Couples now have to reimburse me for the rooms. I called Booking.com prior to leaving and asked if they could reverse the total charge for the 3 rooms from my card, so each couple could pay their own at the hotel. Booking .com stated a flat NO! Will probably use another booking service for the future.

We had an accessible room so it's a bit bigger than standard. The beds were decent but I did buy an extra down comforter to add to it because I'm used to a softer bed but I've definitely had worse mattresses! The only thing that could have been better was them offering the breakfast again. They still only offer prepackaged even though the COVID restrictions have been lifted. Overall, very good experience. We would stay there again. :)

Pillow top mattress and better chair in the room for sitting and watching TV. I borrowed one from the main hallway and returned it.

Appreciated the nightlights in the bathroom and extra towels we needed.Loved the non slip tiles in the entrance and up dated color scheme. Many motels have replaced lotion with body wash and did like having the lotion.

Disappointed not having hot breakfasts and think a discount should be offered from the company savings. Did appreciated the instant oatmeal along with muffins etc.

The room had only one lamp and it was missing one of the two light bulbs. The handicap automatic doors leading into the building did not work. Other than that the room was clean and the employees were very helpful and nice. I would go back to the motel again.

Staff was great. The booking interface from booking.com was not good which made checking in much longer than it should have. The staff found my reservation after about 10 minutes.

The reservation placed by booking.com was bad. The booking had reversed my name so checking in was difficult. Definitely not the fault of the property.

The value is good. The fitness equipment is few, but high quality.

The last thing you do when you stay at a hotel is to eat breakfast, so that's the last impression of the hotel you have, and you're breakfast is abysmal. Where's the "real" scrambled eggs & hash browns? Raise your price $10/night, and give us a real breakfast.

Clean room. Decent pricing. Close to everything in town. Bed was comfy. Had a ceiling fan.

Room was a little on the small side. Lots of road noise with front facing room. Parking lot is a little small, especially if you show up later in night after everyone is in rooms.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was smaller than I expected but clean and fresh looking, convenient location, and cost relative to similar hotels in the area was reasonable. Ample parking.

Complimentary breakfast was fairly meager, consisting of packaged bars, pastry, oatmeal, and the like. I understand that with Covid, offerings are not likely to be similar to pre-Covid offerings, but we've stayed at other similar level hotels with Covid precautions and they've had better complimentary breakfasts.

the bed mattress was broken down. The cleaning people missed dusting off the light bulbs in the lamps so each time tryout turned the lamps on and off, dust would fall. Also, they are not very good at pulling out the nightstands and vacuuming behind them.

I honestly loved how small and quaint it is. It was very clean and everyone was so nice. (My boyfriend says to add in how much he loved the breakfast waffles haha)
