Pictured Rocks Inn and Suites

I loved how easily accessible this hotel was. We were in room 28 so we were right inside an external door which we actually loved. We were coming and going quite a bit, and this made it very simple. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is maybe a tad outdated but we stayed here for 3 nights and have no notable complaints. We would stay here again. Munising is a great place to visit, we thought. Sand Point beach is not far away and was very beautiful. It was easy access to the Pictured Rocks Highway. Munising Falls and Horseshoe Falls are very close and worth a visit!

There was no breakfast provided, it's always nice when a hotel offers this but there were plenty of local places to get delicious breakfast.

The property is a bit older but perfectly maintained. And so very clean. I've stayed in very nice resort type places, chain hotels and none of them compare to the cleanliness of this property. And the staff were so helpful and always kind and pleasant.

I liked everything, only had one small suggestion......because I travel with people who need assistance with personal care perhaps a grab bar in EACH bathroom would be helpful. The accessible room we booked was perfect, with appropriate placed bars and a stable shower chair.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. The staff was very accommodating... we had to cut our vacation because of illness and they notified about refund possibility for unused night. The hotel is a bit dated but very roomy. There was constant access to hot drinks in the lobby, which was nice.

The floor felt a little sticky and uneven. The bathroom was a little small with not a vanity space. It could use a bigger fridge. It was a bit pricey but it's a tourist town, so that was expected.

They partner with restaurants and casinos for discounts and vouchers when you stay at this hotel. There are wall outlets around the outside of the building which can be used for EV charging. Staff is very friendly, informative and helpful. Lots of rooms on the lower level with parking all around so that we did not have to carry our stuff as far. The pool was large enough that we could swim even with other people hitting each other. The pool was also indoors, which is great for the winter time.

The bathroom towels had black spots on them. The bed was placed very close to the door so that we heard everyone walking by throughout the night and doors slamming and kept getting interrupted sleep due to this. There is no dresser in the room to unpack belongings, and can not use the hangers in the room as that is mounted above the bench for the suitcase, so anything on the hangers will drip or hang into the suitcase of clean clothes. Not very pracatical. The pool, hot tub, and sauna time are not late enough, and we couldn't get into the hot tub because it was packed with people, and the pool was not deep enough (however, it was deeper than some pools and was long.)

We stayed here on our honeymoon. We had the honeymoon suite and then we'r moved to a regular room because it was already booked. The staff was amazing and made a smooth transition from one room to another. Sheila was amazing!!! Not only did she help to straighten out our booking. Com error we forgot our pulled when we'r checked out and she mailed them home too us! Thank you for an amazing stay! We'r will be back!

Everything was perfect!

Good location (close to attractions). The room was comfortable though a bit dated. The pool, hot tub and sauna were welcome benefits in the evenings after doing our sight seeing. No breakfast was offered, unfortunately, especially becasue there are not many other quick and easy options in the area. There is a grocery store accross the street.

From our experience, prices for any accommodations in this areas are WAY overpriced for comparable sight-seeing areas in any other part of the U.S. One could call it a supply-demand issue, but as far as we could tell, not all accomodations were even filled in the area, and yet prices remained high. We enjoyed what we saw in the area, but there are other parts of the U.S. we much prefer which can be visited at much lower prices as far as accomodations go.

Our room was absolutely stunning. We went to celebrate a late honeymoon and anniversary and got placed in a honeymoon section and it was by far the most beautiful hotel room i have ever seen. The pool was warm and wonderful. There was a real sauna. Absolutely amazing. The desk staff were so friendly and sweet especially the 2nd shift ladies. Got us balloons and a card to congratulate us. So sweet! Great service.

No complaints at all!

The woman at the front desk was amazing. She had glasses and told dad jokes. But she was so helpful and recommended the food truck out front which my whole family thoroughly enjoyed. She does a great job. Very affable.

That breakfast is not included! That would’ve saved our family of five some money. However, the lady that runs the food truck out front is amazing and her food was excellent. We were happy with our stay.

We were very happy we decided to stay here. First thing we tried to turn on the TV and it had no signal we asked the staff they jumped on it and we all figured it out that the prior customer had stold the aux cord,they jumped on it and found one .we ended up staying two night,we weren't planning on it but our pictured rock tour was canceled because of fog so we booked another night. We drove our motorcycle up to the UP from our home in Grand Rapids Michigan, we had to check out and wait for our new room to be cleaned, we didn't have anywhere to put our coats and helmets since we checked out and we were heading to the boat tour. Andrea got us all registered before we went to the boat tour she was so nice she let us keep our coats and helmets in the office while we were on the boat. She was so friendly and helpful! We were so excited to find out room was in the neat part of the motel.It was like a castle. We will definitely be coming back were planning a fall trip amd again next summer!

Everything was great but a continental breakfast would be nice.

Room was small but adequate for our needs. Location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Everyone behind the check in counter was friendly and helpful. Answered any questions and provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Coffee wasn't the greatest, but it was nice that it was available in the morning. No restaurant in the hotel, but not a big deal.
