Location was perfect as we were in for the polish festval

There was only 1 elevator working for such a big hotel. One elevator was broken. The wait to get from or lobby was a long wait and people were overloading elevator because they were tired of the wait. Hard to take steps with luggage etc. I felt this was unsafe and it should have been fixed for such a busy holiday weekend. Why could we not use employee elevator.? We were told that was not possible- really?

The hotel seemed to be clean down stairs. There is a restaurant too but we only ate there one time for a buffet. The buffet was messy and the cooks never brought out the food to fill. The first week we got there, there was a motorcycle event and many little stores. The hotel was near a lot of things you can do

I didn’t like room service because they would tell me they come to clean and they didn’t. I spent almost 2 weeks there. I started go ask every other day but you were lucky if they made the beds. House keeping never vacuumed

Good location and friendly staff. Room size was perfect for two people - we stayed for 8 days. Everything was as you would expect for a typical hotel room. Loved that the room had a Keurig.

Would have been nice if breakfast - even continental - was included, but i did know that ahead of time. Fridge was a bit small for our longer stay and it would have been nice if there was a microwave. But it wasn’t the end of the world.

Just everything! The convenience of being downtown and around so much. The property was clean and the staff was super amazing. I know this is gonna sound cliché but it was a great price for a great day. The lobby is just a comfort zone. The couches were so comfortable and there’s a convenient restaurant and bar in Starbucks. lots of convenient parking.

There was no microwave in our room.

We only stayed one night, getting in very late from the ferry. The staff helping us check in were friendly and professional, and gave us all the information we needed. The room was a great size and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was also good.

The rooms are way overpriced - I know it's summer, but it's Muskegon, not Grand Haven. I would have expected the rooms to be at least a $100 cheaper per night - these rooms were NOT what I would expect for $300 per night. Also, only one of two elevators were working, and people crammed into them, usually without masks. We took the stairs except for taking luggage to and from rooms. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would stay here again. Close driving distance to some great coffee shop and restaurant options, and just a few miles from the ferry boat terminal.

I was the videographer for Discover Muskegon Festival and the entire activities going on in the city Friday night and Saturday. Having a place to stay with you and the entire team behind the delta by Marriott, was phenomenal! Cannot wait to book with you each year for the 4th of July! Can’t believe I didn’t book with you last year when filming. Oops! See you again in July 2023’📍

this property is outside the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to be there quickly. love the proximity to the rink, and of course….walking distance to Rad Dads. my new favorite place when in town. the place is clean, well kept, perfect amenities! The staff is always above and beyond!

Rooms seem very clean, and had wipes to sanitize if there was something you didn't feel was up to par (there wasn't). Pool was open and very warm. Loved that Starbucks was in the lobby. All the staff we encountered were more than friendly and helpful and someone was cleaning constantly.

Hot tub was broken and apparently has been for at least a couple months. Disappointing since this is part of why we booked. Needed a good soak after a day at the Muskegon Luge Adventure! Elevator was broken or being repaired from parking garage, so hefting our bags up stairs and down halls was inconvenient.

Even though we visited in the middle of a pandemic, all services were on-board. The hotel had recently been beautifully remodeled and all facilities looked and operated perfectly. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner in the restaurant—the menu offered both familiar and unique selections with delicious flair. We had breakfast at the Starbuck’s in the lobby and enjoyed talking with the employee who was a Muskegon native. I wish I remembered his name because he gave us great service!

Entrance from the parking structure into the hotel building could be more obvious and welcoming.
