Fairfield Inn & Suites Holland

The hotel was close to many of the Tulip Time attractions. We got to breakfast very late and there wasn't a very good selection of food left but, we were able to get fruit and cereal. The second day we arrived earlier and the selection was more plentiful. The room was clean and quiet.

We had a terrible time trying to stop our toilet from running. I told the front desk and they said they would have someone look at it while we were out. I don't know if that happened, however, when we returned later in the day it was still running. I once again told the front desk and someone looked at it immediately. He was able to fix it temporarily but later we had the same problem. On check out, they gave us a monetary credit for our inconvenience which I was surprised by but thought was very nice. The toilet functioned, listening to that was annoying and a waste of water.

Location was great and convenient to most areas in the city!

Pool was closed, corridor was closed off both to pool and fitness center due to breakage in water pipe. Fans blowing to dry hallway out. At 1:00 am, noisy neighbors woke us up. After dinner and returning to hotel, 3 local sheriff's cars in front of hotel with lights flashing and interrogating individual. Not sure of the issue or disturbance as staff would not tell us what was going on.

Property was very well located, very close to restaurants and attractions. Room and hotel was clean. Furnishings were newer. Only small complaint heater/air conditioner was loud when it initially started but otherwise worked great. Room had refrigerator and microwave. Shower was hot. Pool was closed for repairs when we were there. Small continental breakfast with pastries, fruit and cereal. Coffee was excellent. Overall great place for the cost

Clean hotel, location was central to everything, beaches were only 15 mins away. Staff was very nice and professional.

Pool and hot tub were broken. Was not listed when I booked and was never informed of this until I checked in. Very disappointing because it was a main reason why i choose this hotel for my 6 year old.

Good location and great room.

Oddly, the hotel charged me for the room AFTER booking.com charged. (Thus I was charged twice, and THANKFULLY I asked about it.) I brought this to receptionist's attention, and she was able to correct it. Not sure why this would've happened.

We like working with the Marriott family hotels they have always treated us very good. The hotel itself was very clean the people working with us were very courteous when I was away to help I would highly recommend this to anybody wants to listen to me talk about it.

IOnly one thing kind of disappointing this is the pool was not operating I’ve had two or three problems of that not necessarily with this place but other places we travel a long ways and get there and the pool doesn’t work other than that things were perfect.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy. Nice staff. Nice desk in the room, very handy. Pool was out of service. The cost per night was higher than expected especially as this is an older facility.

Chairs in the room need help. One is very stained and the desk chair is all worn out across the front.
