Location was great!! The number one reason was to attendance when I checked in, and when I checked out. their names were, Jen and Shay. this location is extremely fortunate to have two people who are so kind, efficient, friendly, and give top-notch customer service. Those two are the best two people I’ve ever dealt with ever going to a hotel. And when I left the manager, Leticia was there as well and I told her I would definitely write a review if she did not ask because her staff is wonderful and she was very kind as well. 2023. It’s very hard to find good people in these three are outstanding.

The Manager was great and really helped out our situation of our flights being delayed a whole day. She left specific instructions about our stay for one of her staff members when we finally arrived and he didn't follow any of them as a matter of fact he was down right rude. Once the manager got to work she made sure everything was worked out.

I absolutely loved the staff. Christina and Mrs. Louise were the utmost courteous and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I walked into a room that wasn’t swept, bed linen wasn’t changed, and there were used towels and drinking cups in the bathroom. Mrs. Louise and Christina quickly took care of the room and apologized left and right. You can tell they take pride on their service. The location is perfect. You’re right off 275 so you can get to any destination quickly. Many many restaurants, coffee shops, and major department stores are in the same vicinity. The room itself is very cozy. I didn’t have a problem with noise either. They have bundled pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, cups, utensils, and some other kitchen items so it’s easy to snag from the front desk. Keep in mind other items like coffee filters and dish soap are items you’ll have to run to Walmart and get (which is right down the street). If you’re not super picky and need a place to stay that’ll allow you to make a few small easy meals, this is a good option for you.

I wasn’t a fan of how it’s pushed off the road. It does allow for a quiet environment but if you aren’t from that area, you’ll drive right by it. The sign is a little further off Haggerty road too so you won’t see it at first.

I like the kitchenette in the room. It gave me the opportunity to cook my own food, no matter the time of day.

The mattresses are kind of hard, was stiff when I got up.

The room was decent sized and clean. The bathtub would not seal so it wouldn't hold water. But the kitchen in the room was nice. Nice Italian place to eat right across the street.

Good location for restaurants. Easy access to roads. Kitchen units are very nice.

First floor room availability for use by seniors. Should be made available in advance more easily.

Room was very quiet and comfortable. I booked a night at the Extended Stay just to get some rest and a peace of mind, and that’s exactly what I did.

Friendly,attentive staff. Comfortable bed, linens, and pillows and it smelled freshly washed . A/C unit got good and cold. Clean property and room.
