Great facilities and amenities. Location was great, right in the water and a quick 10 minute walk to the downtown center.

The outside pool had a sign that said that no kids were allowed after 5 pm, which was a great selling point for my wife and I. Unfortunately it wasn’t respected by guests or enforced by staff. Staff clearly saw kids splashing and playing loudly (as kids so, no issue with that) but never enforced what the sign said; very disappointing. Also, the service outside near the bar was poor. We sat out there for lunch and rarely got checked on. Other than that, it’s a great hotel. The above won’t be enough to keep us away, but never the less, it was disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel, its amenities and food were wonderful and the location is great for accessing all the area attractions and tourist locations. Nice it has its own beach too. Loved the interior design of the public spaces. Unique and comfortable. Parking was plentiful and free, which is nice. Artisan is a lovely restaurant and we really enjoyed our meals. We also went out on the Nauti-Cat which was a lot of fun. Great Sunsets too!

The room was a little basic but comfortable and did the job. I'm not sure I would say I didn't like the room, just that it seemed a little less impactful than the rest of the hotel. Plain Jane when the lobby, restaurant and pool was more upscale.

The pools are great. Both indoor and outdoor were open. The temp for both were good too except the hot tub was a little too hot. The sauna was under construction though and the gym was open but we didn’t use it. The overall location is amazing and convenient. We watched the sunset on multiple nights from the outdoor bar area. We ate breakfast one day at the bistro and it was pretty good. The restaurant isn’t open yet but it really wasn’t an issue for us since we ate outside every night. My son had the time of his life after being stuck inside for so long because of covid. I saw staff checking on the towels and cleaning around the hotel. One man come into the indoor pool and did some test of the water there. The bathrooms we used were also cleanly kept.

The bathroom in the old rooms were a bit nasty and old but honestly we barely spent time in our room. For a shower each night and occasional use was fine. However, if you plan to spend some time in the room I’d suggest getting the newer remodeled bathrooms.

Our weekend stay here was fantastic! The rooms, views, and facilities were all great. My friend and I especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and the restaurant, the Artisan. Highly recommend a dinner (or two!) at the Artisan. It's on the pricier side but worth it for a nice, delicious dinner out. You will definitely be treated well there too, from when you walk in to when you finish. Overall, staff at the Delamar were really kind, attentive, helpful, and friendly.

We had breakfast at the Artisan too and it was yummy. The only feedback I'd give though is to increase the portion size of the avocado toast to better match the portion sizes of the other items on the menu. At present, the avocado toast is overpriced for what you receive (a single slice of toast).

The property is a great location. Both of their pools are great! We got the adjoining rooms this time, which was very important for my family.

The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn’t working - had to switch rooms twice. Finally on the last room the air worked. We were not compensated for the inconvenience (because we booked through a third party). All rooms, regardless of whether they have been upgraded to the resort level, cost the same.

The location was great and staff seemed friendly when I could find them. I know covid has effected staffing everywhere. The fireplace in that main room was amazing and the views from the hotel windows were breathtaking. The location was perfect, we loved being in the center of town and able to walk to shops and restaurants.

I waited almost ten minutes when I got in for a staff member to help check us in, and never saw a cleaning crew. They informed us because of covid they wouldn’t come in and clean during our stay which I get but I should have still seen them in other rooms cleaning. There were stains all over all the floors. The room was not very clean, didn’t even look vacuumed. Again I understand staff shortages so I get it, but for the cost I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness. Also they should probably have a light or something getting out of this parking lot, traffic is insane right here. Some days we really had to wait to pull out and the one morning there was a accident right at the pull out with airbags deployed, people go really fast on this road from three different directions.

The location is great because it's an easy walk to all our favorites shops and restaurants downtown. The room was comfortable and we can't wait to use the outdoor facilities during warmer seasons next time. The staff was helpful and made check in and check out very easy. The parking lot is large and we always found a place to park the car while we were there, even with an event going on during our stay.

There was a wedding reception happening near the elevators we needed to use and anytime we passed by the reception staff tried to redirect us thinking we were lost. That could have been more comfortable but not the hotel's fault.

The property was clean and staff was friendly throughout our stay. Parking is easy and there was plenty of space in the lot at a short distance from the door. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We enjoyed the spa area and they even had the outside pool open with igloos around it and fire tables, creating a very festive and enjoyable winter atmosphere.

The elevator at the west end of the property is very slow. It was fine for us to take the stairs but worth mentioning here for anyone who needs it - plan extra time to get downstairs.

Great staff, good room, good location, great facilities (like all the water options, tours and such, right there), nice pools, nice sunset, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Someone dumped a bottle of shampoo in the jacuzzi the previous day, so the bubbles weren't running. They drained the jacuzzi, filled in, and remnants of the shampoo were still there, so they were still working on that. It may be fixed by now. That was the only issue.

Everything- very top notch service! The property is gorgeous -spacious and comes with an amazing view. Dinner in the restaurant will be a most memorable dining experience. Table cloth with fresh flowers and the most unique lighting , we dined on the patio just delightful! Food and service very impressive-waiter Frank great recommendations and service! Delamar will be our TC place to stay•• and oh yes complimentary champagne !

When checking out I asked for the next time what do I need to know to get a more up to date room? We were in room 411 - she assured me next time I return all renovations will be completed!
