I liked that the resort hosted the basketball tournament my son was playing in. The food at the club house was amazing! Best burger we've had in a long time.
Our air conditioner didn't work our 1st night stay but we didn't call the front desk because we arrived late & were tired. The pool hours could be better. They close at 9:00PM and the slide doesn't open until 10:00AM. We weren't allowed to bring our own drinks or food into the basketball tournament. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was okay but definitely not worth $76 before tip for the 3 of us.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The golf was amazing. The tennis manager was very helpful and friendly, during the lesson one member of the family had an injury and they helped her all the way to the car. Room service not available after 8pm we tried and no answer.
There was no water for drinking in the rooms. The dooors to get out from the health- fitness club are not wheel chair friendly. We struggled to go from different spots in the hotel with a wheel chair.

We loved the fact they have a private lake access on lake Michigan with fresh towels and a bar with food and a private pool they had a shuttle to take you to the beach down the road. And they had an outside pool with bar & food with fresh towels, at the resort. and inside they had 2 more pools with 3hot tubs. So relaxing they had so much more than I expected.

Everything including the pools close at 10 pm , it is located about 12 minutes from town where all the activities and dining are located so its a bit of a hassle to have to leave back and forth for anything and if you get back late Everything on the property is closed.

Every thing is over great just not enough space for out side it is like after 8:30 you are done you can hang out outside and no swimming pool was very very boring 😞🪴
I didn't like to spend over 2600$ for three nights with no breakfast or no swimming after 9 in or out door and no place to sitting down outside 😭

The restaurant is overpriced. The food was good but not that good. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The bathroom is small. For the room price the rooms should be more on par with a Westin or Hilton. These, while improved are not.

Compared to every resort nearby this in my opinion gives you everything under 1 roof.
Had I booked it directly with the resort I would have gotten a $250 resort credit. I reached out to booking.com been almost a month no response.

The amenities and access to so much right in the hotel
I asked for plates and napkins because our pizza person didn’t bring any and they gave me 3 plates. I had 9 people. After paying 770 for 2 rooms you would think they could accommodate me.
