Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-Bloomington, an IHG Hotel

I loved the 2 bedroom Suite. There was plenty of room for everyone, no one had to sleep on the couch, the older tired adults could go to their room early and go to sleep while the younger people stayed up in their room. Also 2 Bathrooms were great! Like having a kitchen and dishes. And loved having a fridge and ice maker.

The construction, but I understand it needs to be done.

When we checked in the Manager, Andy, was there to greet us. He was very helpful and friendly. He asked what we were visiting MN for and offered ideas for restaurants around the hotel. Our room was a two bedroom suite for our family of 5. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is in a business/hotel area in Bloomington. The area is very quiet and restarants are within a few miles of the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the person responsible for the breakfast area kept everything filled and the area was spotless. I wish I would have noted her name, she was doing an excellent job. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the St Paul/Minneapolis area.

Breakfast was very good with a large variety of foods. Waffles were a big hit!! Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Kitchen fully equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Great location and easy to get too. Pool and hot tub felt great after long day at zoo. Staff were kind and eager to answer our questions. We love staying at Staybridge Suites!

Staff was wonderful, rooms were nice the pool was warm and my toddler loved it.

Othe hallways were a little tight for a wheelchair to make the corners but that wasn't a big deal once he was able to learn where to turn.

Suite with stove for cooking, silverware and dishwasher, queensize bed comfortable and big enough for two people. TV functional for external devices. In driving distance of a Walmart and the SGDQ DoubleTree location.

Room size was remarkable, and very clean! The service desk was very attentive and friendly! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Location was perfect- just a nine minute drive to the Mall of America! Also just up the street from some great restaurants like Olive Garden and Denny's. Our visit exceeded our expectations!

Breakfast was very nice! Rooms were updated!

pool was freezing. A lot of remodeling happening so was annoying at times. Wish they would have stated this because we might have stayed someplace else.

Staff was very helpful, it got really Cold out and one of my tires went flat and the maintenance guy brought a air compressor out and filled the tire back up.

I wish that they could have a confectionate ovens available for guest to use to make the kitchen a complete functional kitchen.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay there again. They have two gas grills on the back patio for guest use and they have utensils for them at the front desk.

There was road construction so I had to detour around the construction, I wish that they had a stove or a toaster oven.

The room size, comfortable bed, and overall clean. The price was right for a mini get away. They had a nice set for breakfast, everything was prepackaged for COVID purposes and it was clean. We did miss out on orange juice Sunday morning. Out of stock. Over all a great experience.

The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Once the shower was running the moisture made it worse.
