Home2 Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Bloomington

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and I liked that it had the kitchenette. I liked that it was close to valley fair and mall of America. Although it wasn’t right across the street, they were both a short drive and the room was far less expensive. Lots of restaurants and store close to the hotel within walking distance as well was nice. Ample parking and a market in the same parking lot was such a bonus!

The hot tub was down for the entire 5 days we were there which was a downer. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst continental breakfasts I’ve had. There were very few options and often most things were empty with no one refilling them. The only other thing was the hidabed was terribly uncomfortable. I mean I knew it would be and my son was the one sleeping on it so I don’t care but for any adult who is planning to sleep on it, maybe book a room with an actual 2nd bed instead.

The room was big and clean. there was free underground parking which was helpful during a blizzard! Staff were friendly and helpful.

the pool and hot tub were small and usually crowded. Also, they allow dogs and one time there was poop in the elevator and another time there was pee. however, it got cleaned up quickly

the fact that cleaning service was knocking on the door around 9ish to see at what time we’re leaving that’s kind of rude because front desk person told us at the moment we check in… so I feel like I was rush out and not in a nice way…. probably won’t come back… other than that everything was amazing

It was memorable. First time I made waffles that way. Service was good. Groceries were to come by. Some mechanics of the room needed fixing (shower door, window shade) but that didn’t take long. The drivers made for lively company.

Location, parking facilities, excellent coffee and better than average included breakfast.

I like the room we stayed in a suite. It was very nice spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean!

We asked for the room to be cleaned. And it wasn't. But one of the staffed took care of it. Which was very nice of her.

The suite was a good size and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient. Really good location close to restaurant, grocery store, and easy street access.

Room faced busy street with extra road noise, partially due to construction. However noise wasn't too bad and mostly drowned out by AC; it was less noise than other places we stayed.

Location! It’s in a cute little neighborhood with businesses available right outside the hotel door. We didn’t have to venture out to eat. A few restaurants were in walking distance which is a plus. Even has a grocery store across the parking lot. Definitely will come back to stay again!

I like how comfortable it was and the location of the property. I love the kitchen and the utensils that are provided by the hotel. I think the breakfast that was provided could have been better. But due to Covid, I understand the reservation to provide a good breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Home2.
