La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Minneapolis Airport Bloomington

I like the space and the other amenities are the hotel that are accessible like the gym, HVAC and washer & dryer and even the vending machine selections. They were things I was able to use throughout my stay. Fresh towels and hot water was my best choice for the business stay I had.

The entrance room door wouldn't shut because it was crooked and I asked them also about the tub tap in the bathroom not closing off it and the fan was not able to remove steam from the shower fast enough. The continental breakfast had lukewarm water for drinking as well.

Excellent: Value, Location, Staff. Recommended and would reserve again.

Needs: Shampoo the carpets professionally, Room2060 and Room2068. Likely need to shampoo carpets in other rooms as well. Room2068: Add office chair. Plug in bedside lamps (were unplugged on arrival). Consider replacing AC unit with the "Amana" type with on-unit controls (Simpler control than wall-mount) . Had difficulty getting "Heat mode" to respond correctly. Consider upgrade to Bath Fittings. Stain on carpet next to desk.

Competitive rate. Hot water available in main building. Room is exactly as pictured in images, except for negligible cosmetic details. Good Spanish grocery/market across the street.

Carpet needs to be cleaned. Building is poorly maintained.

Location and room were great! Lost 2.50 in laundry in cash and receptionist could have cared less, NO sign credit card only!

Stayed for 15 days and each day there were fewer healthy options...OJ apples, brown bread!

Wonderful staff, excellent shuttle drivers to and from airport!

My first room had a very bad odor, such as vomit. I asked for a different room, and the staff was very accommodating., giving us a different room. The new room smelled much better. Everything was clean and in working order.

Clean, comfortable for the price. Jamelah at the front counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. She should be promoted!

Young Eastern Indian guy sometimes at the front desk with a bad attitude. Ant infestation on a piece of dog food that was dropped.

The front desk staff was amazing!! So kind and patient. They made the stay simple.

I asked for a non smoking room and although it seemes to be it smelled of cigarettes strongly.

shuttle service driver did not show up on 1st day, but taxi was called so ok, waited over an hour for shuttle to pick us up from airport. would be nice to have coffee available when we had to leave before 6:00.satisfied

The beds were super comfy. The showers had hot water. The staff was really nice. Pretty quiet. Its well maintained for its age

They were not enough parking spots. The parking sucks.

Didn't like the booking said no pet fee but was charged. Rugs are coming up, the ac unit made a lot of noise. No elevator. The breakfast was really really bad nothing hot and cereal was a bit stale, no real options at all it's really a grab and go at best.
