Days Inn by Wyndham Eagan Minnesota Near Mall of America

Breakfast was great, although they need more then one waffle iron to cook with, as there was a mother in there with 7 children trying to cook waffles, so we had to wait for a while to make and eat ours.. The staff was super!!! OMG the best ever staff, very helpful, friendly..

Our rooms which was suppose to be quiet was next to the mother/mothers with 7 kids that were at breakfast.. they were sharing one room.. they were crying and screaming most of the time. We could hear them thru the pass thru door in our room and hear them thru the walls even over the TV

The hot tub, pool, workout room, AND sauna were all available for use. The hotel was very quiet even though it is near a major highway and semis park on the frontage road by the hotel. Staff was more than happy to answer my questions, I mainly saw John there. It was an okay distance from most things. Bed was comfortable.

It is in a very dark part of Eagan and seems out of place with the few other buildings around it. The room was very dated with light brown wood and painted (yellow and blue) cubbies. The bathroom door, when open, blocked the room door. I feel like the bathroom door should open inward into the bathroom as there was plenty of space to do so. Breakfast was underwhelming and the coffee maker in my room was dirty with what appeared to be hard water stains (I hope that's all it was, but I still refused to use it). Manager of the property sat in the lobby any time I saw him, which I found odd. Shower head was not attached to the wall.

the rooms were very nice, the breakfast was great, the location was perfect as it wasn’t far from family and the mall of america.

the pool was ice cold, our kids were so excited to go swimming but being toddlers they couldnt handle how cold it was. it was also hard to try and get them clean with only having the stand up shower, but we made do with what we had.

Location able to see it and access it from 2 different exits off 77. Close to outlet mall and VA medical center.Both nice places to eat and fast food easy to reach near by. Lighting choices was different. Light accessible entering room and bed but also behind tv different but nice! Pool had good size bathroom to change in so could wear clothing to and from pool and change on site and shower

Bathroom -the pocket door was a real space saver but difficult for young and old to open and close. A small handle on either side would be helpful.

The staff was great the whole time. Most, if not all, were smiling the entire time and very helpful when we asked questions. We also used the shuttle to go to the outlets and Mall of America. That was a nice touch for us...much appreciated.

Breakfast was the only part of the 3 night stay that was lacking. Basically it was cold cereal or waffles. Most places we stay have some type of additional hot food such as eggs, sausage, etc:

Everything about the hotel was excellent

My BOOKING.COM confirmation was not in their system. They said everything on my confirmation was correct, but couldn't understand why it didn't show up on their system. They were accommodating to what we needed but at a higher price for a smaller bed. Don't know if I will use BOOKINGS.COM again.

Comfortable beds. Fluffy pillows. Clean well maintained rooms with plenty of lighting and charging stations. Good shower pressure and lots of hot water. Air conditioner worked great.

More breakfast options. Fresh fruit, yogurt.

Customer service We needed to change our room because my sister and I both use walkers and we needed to be closer to an elevator They were very accommodating The room was very spacious The shower was to die for The room was very clean Staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful Quiet area and close to restaurants and freeway Would definitely stay again

Clean rooms, comfy beds and very friendly and helpful staff.

Pool was really cold. There was also a slight smoke smell in our room. Nothing overwhelming but could definitely smell smoke, especially in the bathroom. My daughter had to use the restroom while swimming and walked in on a man showering. I understand the man should have locked the door but maybe put a curtain up, too, for more privacy.

The breakfast attendant was amazing! She did an amazing job stocking the breakfast items! She talked to my 6 year old daughter, and noticed other kids too. Made me happy she put the kids first in her customer service! She is great !
