Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America

I missed breakfast opportunity, got in late and slept in. No comment as I chose to sleep in. I wished to experience, but for another day. Loved my stay. Quiet and easy access. Right by the rail system that gives you awesome travel into the metro options. Suite I was in was spectacular.

I love how it's literally across from the MOA. There's shuttle service to give you a ride to the mall and airport. There's also a place you can walk to get to the mall. There's breakfast place (iHop) and also a tex mex place great for drinks. The staff are very professional, welcoming, and sweet. Will definitely book with them again!

The breakfast on our first day didn't hit right. Wasn't to my liking. Wish they had pancakes/waffle makers. Would take that anyday. But everything else were great.

The staff were excellent, from house keeping to front desk personnel. They were very polite and accommodating. Been to a few hotels like theirs and sometimes the front desk staff will be a bit grumpy but not in this hotel . They went above my expectations on how they treat their guests. Their simple contagious smiles make our day brighter. Free Breakfast is a bonus. Thank you for all you do !

The room is a quite not clean, there were some areas were it was dusty. Few family members got sick a night before our check out. The room is a bit outdated, carpet needs to be upgraded .

They had dog treats for my little dog and baggies for outside. It was great to travel with him!

The breakfast was subpar. The omelette was half done, the potato's were soggy. my kids can’t eat bread so the bakery items wouldn’t help. The bananas were brownish. We ended up skipping 2 of the 3 days and went to other breakfast places. I would’ve expected more being how nice the breakfast area was.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to MOA and not far from airport. Good for price point.

A bit dated, and some noticeable wear. View from my room wasn't good. My biggest issue was with Booking com. I arrived early and called to see if I could check in early. The hotel said they didn't have a confirmation for me. I traveled over 1000 miles to find I didn't have a room. Booking.com did sort it out and I checked in. However, very slim chance I'll put myself through that again. Will reserve directly with the hotel moving forward

The reception staff were all so very kind, the breakfast changed every morning - which was a nice surprise. The kitchen in the room and living room space was really nice to have a separate place from the bedroom and bathroom.

It's hard to think of anything we didn't like - I guess, we prefer a firmer mattress than what was in the room - but that is just preference.

Beautiful suite, clean, great options available with having a mini kitchen, ice maker! Dish washer! Breakfast was very nice, lots of selections, eggs, biscuits and gravy, Canadian bacon. Just a great stay all around.

The flimsy plastic utensils did not compare to the higher level of breakfast being offered. Made eating and cutting food a challenge.

The room was exceptional and fit our needs well. The pool was great for the kids and the atmosphere was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Was expecting bigger beds for the double bed suite. The pullout couch helped with this though.

Wet close to Mall of America-convenient to walk

It was clean but not looked over the best. We found clothing from previous people in drawers and the shower looked like it needed a little work. Also, the shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty when we got there

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect with respect to the Mall of America. It was easy for me to get where I needed to go from here and close to the airport

The room wasn’t completely clean when I got in, and the breakfast was only OK. I used the fitness room and it could have been cleaner and the laundry room was also only kind of clean. But the people were friendly and I felt safe there.
