From the moment we entered we were greater with beautiful smiles and wonderful personalities/professionalism. They took care of us and were very patient with me(I had to use the restroom the moment I got there and they told me where to go and were so nice and courteous to wait for me). They explained everything in detail minus the free Wi-Fi. It was my fault I could have asked. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I go back!

I did get a paper about the free wifi but I couldn't log it at all bit I didn't make the effort to ask because I was out most of the time and I kept forgetting. Oh well.

The staff was super friendly the breakfast was simple but yet delicious. Loved the little wreck area they had. Rooms are super clean and modern with a full kitchen. Great location for the mall and Ikea. The pool was fun and my three-year-old son made great friends. My only drawback was the Is chlorine levels were pretty high in the pool. Our kids eyes were pretty red and from us just sitting by the pool Our eyes were burning a bit. My son did have a reaction to the chlorine on his skin. He's skin is a little sensitive but this has never happened before from a pool. He did brake out in a rash that looked like a sunburn and it was sensitive to the touch and uncomfortable for him. They do have a shower by the pool to rinse off and we did use that both times because he thought that was cool then took a real shower once we got back to the room. His little eyes were so red we did end up perching some Visine for the front desk. It was nice that they had that! It's been 3 days and a few oatmeal baths and some benadryl and oatmeal sensitive lotion and it's looking much better and he said it's feeling better. Kids alway have a way to keep things interesting haha. I know their levels have to be higher because all the people but maybe something was off this weeking. All in all, we had a great time.

I loved the lobby area with family friendly activities! staff was very nice, helpful and professional. The shuttle services is really great for those who may want to drive and deal with parking at the mall.

The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options for those who don’t eat pork or meat. There wasn’t enough fresh fruit options and the waffles were not available which not being able to eat pork and my children not eating meat it was hard to enjoy the breakfast and I had to buy breakfast. Also no hot tub. I saw it had a pool and assumed it had a hot tub but it didn’t.

Room was great. Large with full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, & utensils. It was clean, housekeeping by request, shuttle to mall and airport. Walk to the mall was quick and easy, 8-10 minute walk. They have a nice game area and good breakfast.

nothing One day I say one of the staff being short when talking to customer, it was kinda rude. They never spoke to us that way & they were busy, but still unnecessary.

Right by the mall. Clean and we had the space we needed. Had a kitchenette with dishes and stuff provided in our room. Breakfast selection was great.

Parking was not great, had to park in the business next doors spaces because they were so full all the time. We had a clogged toilet at one point during our stay and had to call 4 times throughout the day before someone showed up to fix it. The pool is small and there’s no hot tub, but that’s not a huge deal. The line for breakfast gets crazy after 8. Go before 8.

it was a beautiful place. we loved that the laundry was free and there were plenty of machines. there were things to do in the common area like a pool table and games. there also is a small pool and a nice gym. the breakfast was good. the suite was very roomy with a bed area and a curtain, a sitting area, a cooking area and a bathroom.

it was not that pet friendly. there wasn’t a really good place to walk the dogs for the bathroom. for our 2 dogs they charged $100. we stayed in 4 other hotels along the way and none had fees even close to this.

The layout of the room worked great for our family of 4. Loved the shuttle service to the mall. I didn't even realize there was an entertainment complex attached to the hotel property! Bowling and pizza for our last night there.

I did get three different sets of instructions from three different staff members about the shuttle protocol, which was a bit frustrating.

Short Walking distance to Mall of America. Plus free shuttle to the Mall of America every 30 mins and also to airport. This Hotel has it going on. Excellent location for exploring the city. Large room with extended stay room. plus parking was free ($30-$40 for most hotels per night) staff was top notch. Free breakfast was excellent not just pastry’s and fruit. Our first time to this city and we are beyond grateful we booked here!

New hotel, comfortable beds.

Elevator sounds like it’s breaking down. We asked for room on 4th floor, hoping for quiet. They rented rooms surrounding ours, to 13 year olds on traveling sports teams. They played loud music, ran up and down the halls screaming and laughing , in and out if each others rooms slamming doors. I get it. I was once that age. But no hotel should allow this because of guests paying close to $250 a night.

Staff were super nice and accommodating! I asked if I could have a room on the 4th floor to avoid noise for my infant and I was not denied. I checked in before the regular 3pm 2 hours ahead and was not denied! The rooms were big and wide enough for 3 kids and 2 adults. The room had a kitchen with a sink and a actual refrigerator which is a plus! The beds were really comfy! I would not book a room at any other hotel other than home2suites. This is definitely a step up from regular rooms! They also offer shuttle service to MOA or the airport. Thank you!

I was charged a extra $25 for a damage deposit when I checked in on top of the room price but I wish it was listed somewhere on the source you booked the room from. I ended up getting my $25 back anyways after 2 days of processing after check out.
