Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis

Pros: The staff was Very polite & Helpful. Very professional. The property inside/outside was very clean. The room itself was ok/clean except for one thing noted below. Beds/pillows are comfortable.

Cons: Parking is Not free. They do have a large parking area thou. The room size was small (2 queen beds, one chair and table.) Breakfast has a limited variety of food that is payable. Not a free breakfast included unless paid for in the reservation (which one still paid for in price of reservation). Only complaint of cleanliness is the fan vent in the bathroom needs to be dusted/cleaned. Price of stay was a tad high thou it is a tourist area so maybe that explains price.

Location was perfect!! And having shuttle to the MOA is absolutely what we needed!! Room was extremely clean and every employee we encountered was friendly!! We saw employees cleaning constantly it was amazing to see!! Great job everyone it was definitely a very pleasant stay!!

The only thing I didn't care for was the air freshener that housekeeping uses smells like vanilla to me and that was a little overwhelming.. and I feel for as many rooms that are in the hotel , the pool was rather small.. but overall everything was still a 10plus

The hotel was very nice when you walk in, it reflects class/luxury. The room were pretty nice. The price was perfect. location was great. Staff was nice

The room smelled like feet after the heater kicked on! The hotel didn't have any fragrance spray for the rooms nor able to relocate to other room. Extra for parking and no parking available to many vehicles parked though it's not much but it should be included with the room since you might not have a legitimate parking spot for your vehicle making it not fair for the ones that payed parking and have to park on the side instead. late che in and super early check out

Afternoon staff was great greeting and checking in. Offered water and was very professional. (Wish I remembered the gentleman’s name who helped but he was great.

The night shift girls at the front desk weren’t so helpful and professional. (Seem to be a little young) Didn’t like that it was no microwave in the room and floors have to share one microwave. (Germs)

Everything was amazing. From the early check in to the shuttle bus. The breakfast selections were perfect (the breakfast bowl was EVERYTHING). The customer service was top tier. The hotel isn’t far from the mall or airport making it very accessible and easy for my family. I will definitely stay again.

The pool wasn’t bad but I believe it would have been better on the outside especially with the hot weather.

Value for money was exceptional! The time of year I travelled for work was very expensive for Minneapolis, so I didn't have high expectations based on the reasonable price. It was comfortable and clean with very friendly staff. Do yourself a favour and eat the bacon. egg and cheese roll for breakfast at the onsite cafe! I will genuinely miss it!

The location is a 20 minute walk to Mall of America, but outside of that there isn't much nearby. The train that goes direct to the CBD is directly out the front which does mitigate that slightly.

I loved the park area across from the hotel. The front staff was always so friendly anytime you walked by.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking while being a guest at the hotel and how packed the pool was. For as big of hotel I would've thought there would be a bigger or 2 pools. Also I wouldve liked to have a microwave in the room.

Close to the mall of America

Didn't get the room I was promised & 10 parking fee a night while it was far away in the open land.

The rooms were very clean and modern with chrome cast TVs which was really nice for our girls trip!

The price of the room was over $180 for only 1 night yet we still had to pay extra for parking,extra for checking out 30 minutes after 11:00, and breakfast was included. That seems super over priced for for not coming included with these things.

Everything went well except we were there on an unexpected two day layover due to Delta Airline fiasco. Delta issued food vouchers that gave the staff a lot of problems. Some were able to get them to work, others couldn't. One poor woman asked other staff who had used them successfully the night before for help, and they ignored her. So the "team" spirit with some staff may be lacking, but all of them were gracious to us directly.
