Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rochester South

What I liked the most was the silence that there is, compared to these hotels we have been in, Hilton Garden, Extended Stay America & Even Stay Bridge. Beds. More like the Hilton Garden. Breakfast. Well, each hotel has its own menu, in the other hotels there is a variety to choose from, although it is the same menu every day, but in these they have no other option. (Days Inn and Staybridge America)

They should be more careful about cleaning. You cannot use the brush that is used to clean inside the toilet, to use it outside of it.

Warm.The front door does not stay open. I had a difficult trying to get my cart with my luggage on it into the building. I am 5' and 68 with medical conditions. There was nobody at the desk in the morning. The desk had a sign that said, Short of help. Desk open at 8. I had planned to get my breakfast bag and could not. The coffee in the pots near the office was Luke I am very happy with with the staff and the cleanliness .

See above I did not like the smaller pillows.

it was cheaper than other hotels in town. large frig and stove in room. staff was friendly. bed was comfortable. nice bath tub. it was clean. had great vending machines- one even had microwave meals. breakfast was adequate.

It does not appear that it has been updated for a significant time.

Easy to find. Quiet area. Had stove, microwave, and frigerator for our convenience which was cheaper than the prices on the vending machines

The mattress on the bed were HARD!!!!!!! Not comfy at all and made for a short nights sleep. Breakfast was disappointing...not many choices that we liked so we just had orange juice.

could not get a receipt in the morning because nobody was at the desk had to call them and get one emailed when I did call the lady apologized told me they just have a hard time keeping people there to work

Friendly staff. Clean room. Lots of electric outlets. Nice little breakfast. (Did I mention the friendly staff?)

Energy saver bulbs were glaring. (I think they make energy saver bulbs that are a softer light.)

The breakfast was a grab and go I don’t know that it was their fault that it had to be that way

The gentleman at the front desk was not friendly at all and he kept my credit card for quite some time and said that it was declined I said you should try it again I know it’s not so he did and it worked don’t know what that was about

No breakfast, the location was awesome i really enjoyed my stay.

The tv remote didn’t work right i had too type in channel numbers to get channels and couldn’t pull up channel guide.

The staff was great. The beds were amazing wish we could take it home

The outside of our fridge was dirty with grease or something the inside was clean though.

Great value! Room was clean and comfortable. Grab n go breakfast was provided by friendly staff.

Saturday am I went to breakfast at 9 and it was not being offered even though the sign said 6-9:30. I ran to the McDonalds Down the road so it worked out fine.
