Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Roseville, MN

This cozy little hotel served as the perfect home base while we were in town visiting family. We enjoyed daily breakfast which was more than anyone would need, the indoor pool, freshly baked cookies in the lobby each day and a large, clean room with a very comfortable bed. They have a large commons area with tables that although we didnt use we did comment on as a comfy and convenient place to play cards or pick up a meal and eat in. Any toiletries that we needed replenished was a quick request. As a bonus there is an amazing New Mexican restaurant that recently opened that shares a parking lot with them.

The hotel was very modern and clean and the hotel staff were friendly. There were nice amenities such as a pool, fitness center, vending machines, elevator, free parking, and complimentary breakfast. Overall, I had a positive experience and highly recommend to hotel to others.

I was disappointed there was no hot tub, only a pool. Additionally, the bed on the pull out couch was not the comfiest to sleep on. However, we made it work for the 2 nights we stayed.

Just down the road for the fairgrounds where we were at for a car show. Friendly front desk at check in. And friendly maintenance man in the elevator.

Bathroom was clean but the grout in the shower was getting dingy looking. And carpets though out the entire hotel could use a good cleaning lots of dark spots on the carpet. And parking lot was crowded with the 2 restaurants using the same parking lot. Would not recommend if you are in a truck and trailer.

Very nice place it was so quiet very clean we got the king studio very nice the most towels I’ve ever seen in a room free breakfast with a variety of things bagels breads English muffins blueberry chocolate muffins could make your own waffles yogurts cearal milk coffee different kinds of juice fruit cream cheese in different flavors fresh scrambled eggs potatoes with peppers onions an sausage it was great if you want a great room polite staff nice clean place to stay this is the place

Hotel and rooms were lovely, great free breakfast, staff was amazing and helpful! Hotel is in a great location to anything you'd like to do!

Maids didn't vist our room we had to ask for towels Maybe a covid change or short staffed..it happens, pool was cold and I wish there was a hottub. Beds were hard to us but we are used to soft beds at home

I really like this hotel. Have stayed here several times - each time 3 nights or more - this time 5 nights. I like the design, location, pretty much every thing.

The WiFi sucks. 5 days and it couldn’t be fixed. It was slow, low band width, not robust at all. It worked for a while in the lobby and breakfast room, but when we got to our room on the 4th floor it was very weak or not at all. I couldn’t read my NY Times or WSJ, or check email. Having a very good wifi is very important in our hotel selection. I will look at other hotels before I return here. House keeping was another issue, but mostly do to staffing. Hard to find employees during COVID.

The breakfast was ok to good - at least various options every day. The staff serving the breakfast was exceptionally helpful and friendly

The internet went down for about 24 hours, which was difficult in regards to communications

The location, loads of food options and stores. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was good; waffles, french toast, and sausage. Usual pre-covid food: cereal, bread, bagel, muffins, yogurt, and juice options. Now the coffee through me off guard. The coffee was surprisingly good. REALLY good. So good I had to ask the brand of the coffee beans. Yes, that good. Really liked the sink and huge mirror closet door. The fresh individually wrapped M&M cookies at the front desk were REALLY good as well. By 3pm the big jar is empty.

Stayed in room 214. Room carpet seemed dirty though. Don't know if it was stained from dirty work boots or was just dirty. Bed was not that comfortable. The water pressure was stronger than my liking but honestly it could just be the type of shower head they have. Just took quicker showers.

It was close to where our kids live !! Grandsons enjoyed the pool and Lucky Charms for breakfast:)

They aren’t providing any maid service, which meant making the beds taking out the garbage, finding new towels and toilet paper. We were there for nine days… so bathroom etc. was a bit dirty after awhile.

I wanted to stay 1 additional night and the desk person told me the rate would be significantly more because of an event at the Target Center. There was a room that I could have booked, but it would have cost me >$50 more for the 3rd night of lodging. I have been staying at this hotel over the past 10 years whenever I come to the Twin Cities. My parents lived on Lake Johanna so it was convenient and when my Dad moved to Sunrise Senior Living, it continued to be a great fit. I will , however, not be staying at the hotel in the future. I was very disappointed to not be offered an affordable rate given my long history of staying there.
