DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville Minneapolis

Clean, comfortable room. Stayed in a double queen room and kept my second room adjacent to the first. Would’ve been great for the rooms to be connecting, but the layout didn’t allow for two double queens to connect. If I had opted for a queen suite as one room, connecting rooms are possible.

Priced a little higher than others in the same area.

The free cookies were awesome! I liked the setup of the room we stayed in. The pool/whirlpool/sauna area was really nice. Staff was friendly

This had nothing to do with the property or staff, but there were a large group of unsupervised kids in the pool area who were physically fighting, destroying/messing with hotel property, sprinting, chucking water around the entire room (walls, bathrooms, tables). We ended up reporting them because it was so unsafe. Then for the next 2-3 hours on and off we heard loud yelling and arguing down our hallway, sounded like so many people. It was a bit unsettling to be honest.

The Jacuzzi was good but the cleanliness was less than par, we had to clean it ourselves

Cleanliness and the fire alarm going off at 8am with no communication from the staff

The restaurant attached to the hotel was truly amazing. We ordered seafood and it was hot fresh and very tasty! Some of the best food I’ve ever had!!

The breakfast was expensive and not great. Everything was cold by the time we got down there.

Beds were comfortable Staff friendly and very helpful Swimming pool & hot tub were very nice Got into room earlier than expected 👍🏼 Mini lotion provided was of good quality & the cookie was AMAZING!

There was not a soap for the shower, only a hand soap We did not get a continental breakfast, we thought we did but were told we would have to pay for it at the Starbucks kiosk Pool was busy- over 25 people inside when we got there during our time slot

Pretty much everything was great except one, the power

There was a transformer the blew up during the stay in which the power was out for over 12 hours and we didn’t receive a discount on the room, a free night nor any refund for a night which I would believe should be expected in times like those

Everything about this facility was wonderful. All the staff were very friendly and polite. Our room was clean and sanitary. The pool was clean and the water was not over chlorinated. Everything about this stay was wonderful!

The bedding felt amazing and comfortable, staff were incredibly helpful and helped me with an error in reservations with no stress and we had a great stay

The sauna or spa wasn't open but it was barely an inconvenience if one at all

The pool/spa area were top notch. Was very clean and the pool was actually pleasant to get in to and not cold like most hotels I’ve been too. Workout are well nicely equipped and most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable.

Reason for traveling was a medical appointment why isn’t that on the list? Being greeted with a cookie was a nice bonus.

The restaurant was closed (arrived the evening of Labor Day) and the pool/hot tub was out of service.
