Best Western Plus St. Paul North/Shoreview

Breakfast was fair, eggs okay, not the greatest. Room was very clean, staff seemed very helpful. I liked the setup of the room (a king). Bed was very nice.

Would have been nice for the shower to have the head attached to hose. There was a problem with an inner entrance door, it was sticking so much that I thought it was locked. Bed pillows not the greatest, one not enough, two was too much.

They had a lot to overcome because of their location and roof damage. The food was good.

Roof damage and location change for breakfast. Halls were draped in plastic but they did the best they could. Trying to clean a black tablecloth with a rag was hard, They did a pretty good job in spite of it all.

OMG ! Bisquits and gravy, omlets , scrambled eggs, and so much more, I could have pinched myself. the choices were unbelievable. definetly a deciding point in choosing to stay again. The front desk people were so efficient and helpful. handled quite a few people checking in with kindness and treated them like they were the only ones there while letting those in line know they would be with them as soon as they could. I had had an accident on the way there and they wanted to know what they could do to help me relax and enjoy my stay. The looked up a local urgent care center for me. Also offering ice or warm towels to help with my discomfort. When ever I was in the area they called me by name. unbelievable.

I was a bit confused as to the procedure for getting fresh towels and taking care of the trash bags from the room. As a owner of of my own cleaning business it was a bit uncomfortable seeing bags and piles of towels in the hallways. It also brought a concern to mind of what if there was a fire and people were trying to leave and possibly tripped over them. never the less would stay with you again in a second. I am so pleased and have already told many about the place .

Very friendly and welcoming staff when I arrived. I needed gluten free options for breakfast and was helped with that and had a good selection (muffin, bread, etc.) That was one of the reasons I had booked with BW in the first place. Very satisfied with that.

just minor cleanliness issues: a hair on the bathroom counter and a piece of pasta in the microwave. Otherwise very clean.

Everything was amazing.. breakfast is always my favorite. And they had a lot to choose from. The pool area was great. The pool itself was amazing.. wasn't cold like most hotels.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. But honestly there wasn't much I didn't like

Breakfast was good, location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No vending machines on second floor. Toilet too close to the floor, need comfort height toilets in all rooms.

The rooms were beautiful I loved the outside garden area. Breakfast was so good. So much to choose from. And seriously all staff seemed so friendly. I will go back in a heartbeat

breakfast (I like fresh eggs even if scrambled, non of that processed food) waffles were not available every day. potatoes could be better. staff at breakfast area were very nice

Staff was friendly.

Noisy people and the business center was useless as the printer didn't work and the computers were horribly slow.

During this pandemic it was nice to see a restaurant attached so I didn't need to drive around and find something to eat. It was in a quiet area

It was hard to find coffee and items for breakfast since things were behind the desk and there was only one person working the desk and helping with food. I know covid has put a damper on a normal functioning routine for them.
