The location was a little out of the way but very nice, new, clean. I did not get a chance to have the breakfast or explore all the offerings, but it was clean, the room was nice, I loved the decor and the double door bathroom. i slept like a baby. I loved the Christmas decor, especially the cold snowman. LOL
No room service but it wasn't really necessary on this trip. Usually I like to dine in my room and room service is a great convenience and money maker for the hotel.

The 5th floor was really great! The 'hors dourves were ok, could have been less greasy, more healthy selections, I was a bit disappointed that on Christmas eve and day there was almost no services available. Otherwise a great place to relax.

Room cleanliness could have been better. Surfaces were not clean when I arrived and they did not seem to wipe down daily. I bought wipes at Target so I could wipe surfaces down.

I loved how easy check in was. Gave my ID, credit card signed my name and was handed my room key. No paperwork to fill out. So simple. Room was very quiet even with a major hwy right out our window.
I am not paying for breakfast especially $16 for a pancake. Great restaurants all around with much less expensive breakfast options. Would have appreciated two more bath towels. Two towels is just not enough.

Had a problem with staff and my service dog. Talked with two managers only to discover that they had all been poorly trained…? The situation was resolved.

There is really only one specific thing that I can mention for improvement: while the lighted mirror in the bathroom is attractive, it does not provide sufficient light for the whole room. The dimness makes it hard to do hair, makeup, and general bathroom activities.

Restaurant staff (especially Chris) outstanding. Michael on reception was so helpful and great! good to get out and stretch the legs, and some good options about for meals so you dot have to have every meal in the hotel.

The appearance of the lobby was beautiful. The room was small, but comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. It was easy to check in and out.
My son, Bret, and his lifelong companion, Ann, very much enjoyed their 2 day stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities are beautiful.

I loved the location. There was no noise, I live in the country & find it hard to sleep when we travel due to traffic noise at night. This was perfect!
I didn’t like the coffee in the room. It was not the proper coffee for the machine. It was actually for a pot not a cup so when I made the coffee it was messy
