Air Conditioning worked well, Room was very clean and had amenities

Staff at front desk were not friendly or helpful. I asked to checkout and was told I couldn't leave a key in my room and the room lock would be changed now. I asked to add my Hilton points number to my account and she seemed not to understand that I wanted to get credit for my points. The housekeeping staff came up to the corner (on the business side) and the desk clerk left with her talking about a staff issue and left me mid sentence standing there for a least two minutes. I call that bad customer service! On another occasion I asked about sites/restaurants and she wasn't able to articulate any information nor was there any at the desk

The positives of our family's stay were that the room was larger than expected, there was a nice view of the ocean when sitting in a chair (the windows are low), and a heated pool. The room also had USB plugs for charging devices and a rain water shower head.

The parking lot did not have enough parking, so we ended up in another hotel's parking lot. There were only 5 or so parking spots next to the only door other than the main door into the hotel. When we booked the hotel, we were not informed there was only wifi in the lobby.

When I booked this hotel, I has no idea I could walk to the beach and 2 casinos. I had no idea the historic lighthouse would be outside my window! I has no idea the oldest cemetery in the USA would be right behind us. These were all amazing surprises along with the trees on property that were dripping with Spanish Moss. I was on a girls trip but cant wait to return with my husband and kids to this exact hotel.

Hotel is right across the street from the beach. The hotel is on a busy road but we were still able to get across the street without problem. It is a quick walk to the lighthouse and visitor Center. Breakfast was good! The pool was heated and open year round with a hot tub... the whole family had fun swimming at night in November! The Hilton next store is a sister hotel and we were able to get drinks there and sit outside by the fire pit.

We got the com. Room on ground floor and it was a little noisy but the plus’ win, we were next to ice machines and washer/dryer, on step from door and breakfast, my wife loved it and wants this room each time we come. It was great!

Bacon was better than link sausage.

Room was large and fabulous overlooking pool and the sea. A newly decorated room with everything new. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choices. Fresh fruit always available and last night there were free cookies on the reception desk. Pool was warm and there was an outside jacuzzi. Lovely seating area around the pool. There was refurbishment going on in the hotel, but we didn't notice except for the gym being closed. It didn't matter though because we were able to use the gym in the hotel next door.

We went to reception on two occasions one for extra toiletries and another time to put batteries in the safe. The girl wrote our room number and what we needed doing in a book but obviously it wasn't looked at . We had to go at the end of the day to report that they hadn't been done. The girl on the desk actually did the batteries herself. We never got more toiletries. Room not serviced during our stay.

We had a roach crawling up the nightstand. Which I thought this is to nice hotel to have roaches.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the complimentary breakfast was nice.

I liked they had breakfast and it was good a good view for where my room was of the ocean and it was a great location of where I wanted to go and do things

I really can't think of anything I didn't like I had great parking shaded which was the best other than that I can't think of anything bad to say about this motel it was awesome so awesome that I went twice in one year

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Biloxi Beach was simply wonderful from the front desk clerk to the hot breakfast, (thank you to those who prepared it) comfortable bed and nice clean sheets and nice bed covering, the shower was good and hot the pressure was great, very clean and fresh smelling rooms, great view of beach, the tv had great reception and premium channels were available (free). The location was near Casinos and a number of restaurants, we were mere feet away from the beach. The next time we visit Biloxi this is where we will be lodging. Thanks again to the staff that made our stay wonderful!!!

The only thing is that only one elevator was working, and the bathroom doors were not yet installed because they are still remodeling, but the bathrooms were still nice and clean. This did not affect our stay in the least bit for any of us.

The hotel is close to the beach. It was a beautiful sight. The staff is nice.

We could not check in at 3:00pm because rooms were unavailable (still being cleaned). My bathroom floor was sticky (they rushed to clean rooms). I had cleaning supplies, so I re-wiped my floor and remove the stickiness. We did not receive any special accommodations for our wait. Otherwise it was a decent stay. I would visit again.
