Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Biloxi- Ocean Springs, an IHG Hotel

Perfect location outside biloxi but not far. Everything was clean and good.

The floor on the 3rd floor hallway felt like i was going to fall through had to walk to the side and not in the middle. There where parts I could tell that the carpet was the only this and the floor was completely missing. Very unsafe

Breakfast Bar was great! Loved the pancake machine. Loved that breakfast bar was open until 10:00. Worker let us in one morning when she was already cleaning up- very kind! Lobby was nice and large. We could gather there as a group -

View out of our window was a metal building next door. It was kinda hard to see the hotel and sign it was kinda tucked in around other buildings -

Breakfast was great staff was very helpful and polite. Beds were very comfortable.

Pool wasn’t clean and they had guests hollering till 11:00 at night the second night in the pool and running up and down the halls made it hard to go too sleep

The presentation of the food was Awesome and so was the taste. I really loved the pancake maker had never seen one like that. I loved the fact that you all had a variety of choices for breakfast.

Absolutely no complaints.

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL THE STAFF WAS AMAZING NEEDED TOWELS THEY WERE THERE AT MY DOOR WHEN I CAME BACK FROM SHOPPING. DIDN'T MAKE IT TO BREAKFAST STAYED OUT TOO LATE AT NIGHT COULDN'T GET UP. BED WAS COMFORTABLE NICE AND CLEAN THE LOCATION WAS AT THE INTERSTATE .

It was nothing I didn't like there was no noise. Air worked great everything was perfect

The breakfast was good the breakfast area was clean and well kept and The staff was friendly

The hallway floors on the 3rd floor were Uneven and had soft spots in them which could cause somebody to trip and fall they need to be fixed.

Location. It was close to one of our favorite restaurants. Breakfast because of covid was sparse but manageable. The bridge closure on that particular street made traveling down to the beach a little inconvenient. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean.

The elevator seemed to be slow. The water pressure was not too strong. Parking was severely limited, especially if you went out to eat and came back late.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. Lots of clean towels. Wonderful housekeeping and front desk personnel. Good parking and coffee. I will definitely stay again.

Everything was really nice. The only thing is the breakfast. It was basically the same every day, but still tasty.

convenient location. Bed was super comfy. Good price. Hallways were well lit. The girl at the counter was really nice.

the property itself was fine. I could hear the people above me stomping sometimes at midnight. That was annoying but it wasn’t the staffs fault.

The breakfast was good. Because of the virus hot breakfast was not offered as a standard, however the staff did offer to cook my kids something if they wanted. It was still good even if they did not cook every morning. We were satisfied with it none the less.

I would have liked to have had more towels in the room. We only had two so we borrowed some from the pool for the kids to use. The cleaning staff was always so busy that we did not want to bother them. I am a huge coffee drinker so I would have liked to have more coffee in the room.
