Best Western Oak Manor

Breakfast was great every morning, and the location was perfect.

We had no internet in the room and the front desk was very unhelpful. We were given a phone number to call that could not resolve the problem. We went back to the desk again, and they couldn’t have cared less. We had the room cleaned and they didn’t give us towels, twice! My deceased husband owned and operated a Best Western hotel in Florida for 20 years, and he would have been very shocked at the total lack of interest in the hotel staff!

Easy walking distance to casino across the street. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and parking was easy.

the description in Booking said you where walking distance to the beach which is true but probably not a good idea giving traffic. If I was going to stay longer then one night I would probably pick a different hotel as it was very hard to turn into the parking lot during high traffic times.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Room was nice size with a balcony, although it was facing the back of the building. I hoped we would be facing the Beau Rivage. We went to the visitor's center across the street from lighthouse in Biloxi. The visitors center had info/brochures/history film. It is a beautiful plantation style building on several floors with large wrap around porch. We took some great pictures with their flowers and ligthouse/beach background. We also walked around the Hard Rock Hotel and ate at Ben & Jerry's. We had tickets to Funambula at the Beau Rivage and that was nice. Veterans get a discount. We also ate at El Saltillo mexican restaurant in Biloxi. It was okay..... THE BEST THING ABOUT HOTEL besides location is their free breakfast. BEST HOT BREAKFAST!! Bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs, waffles, milk, orange juice, fresh fruit and pastry rolls. My daughter's fiance ate three plates and claimed it made him sick. Lol. What more can you ask for in the morning...

We only came to Biloxi for the night to see Aaron Lewis in concert across the street. Upon check in with Kevin he was wonderful and very funny, our room was great and hotel location was perfect and we could walk to everything. Best part I had left something behind in my room and when I called and spoke with the Manager Lori a housekeeper had just brought it to her and she shipped it to me straight away. We will stay here for now on when we are in Biloxi

I liked the location. It's right across the street from Beau Rivage, Hard Rock, and one of many beaches. The minor league baseball team stadium is across the street as well. Breakfast was good and hot! The space was a little limited but we managed.

The parking lot is small especially on the weekend. We had trouble finding a parking spot during our stay. There's also a few homeless people hanging out near the hotel.

The breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Right across from Beau Rivage so we were able to walk to dinner. Boat launch super close so we were able to put in our jet skiis without having to go far. Lady at check in was super sweet!

Housekeeping was on her phone while cleaning other rooms. I felt like I was being rude and interrupting her when asking for clean towels.

The Breakfast Was Good. I Love Grits.No Grits.

I Arrived At 2:00pm. We Couldn't Get A Room Until 3:00pm. Then I Requested Something Closer To The Elevator. The First Young Lady Said I Had To Wait 30min. To An Hour For My Room Because I Went Through Booking.com. Then A Very Sweet Lady Stepped In. I Don't Know Her Name But I Thank Her From The Bottom Of My Heart. We Had Driven 5 Hours. Thank You Young Lady For Your Help.♥️♥️♥️

Staff at check in was excellent and he was very accommodating. Also enjoyed a very nice complementary breakfast prior to departing.

Property is centrally located for all attractions you might wish to attend. However, the traffic can be heavy on occasions which makes it difficult to enter or exit the property depending on which direction you are traveling from.

The room was clean. It was within walking distance to casinos and restaurants. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe We did not try the breakfast but it smelled good There was a coffee pot and a microwave and a refrigerator plus a safe plenty of DTV channels on a nice size tv the beds were comfortable

I liked the location of the property. It was easy access to the beach from there and the casinos. The room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like the view from the patio. It was a nice patio but didn’t care for the view. The breakfast area was really small and full of guest to the point you couldn’t move without bumping into someone.
