The apartment felt like home.

As a guest, I didn't know the property lines for Treasure Bay and Royal Holiday Beach Resort. I walked my nephews to the pool area and allowed them to play in the grass area when two security officers told me they could not be on this side of the grass. One of the security officers were rude asked my husband and "DO WE BELONG HERE" this started a small uproar. I think you all need to identify property lines a little better.

Awesome location with pool (WOW !) laundry & security guards driving around Lots of entertainment - casinos, piers, aquarium, beach Close to daily amenities - groceries, premium outlet malls, major box stores, Proximity to other cities - Mobil, Pensacola, New Orleans

Location does not re-cycle at all - bottles, cans, plastics ... all go in the garbage :( (this could be an additional source of income for the location for upgrades when required)

the location was close to the beach and different places to eat and things to do. no traffic jambs was a welcomed surprise. close to Gulfport for boat tours and new aquarium visit. parking at front door of apartment.

the swiming pool is for adults over 21 only. no one under 21. and it belongs to the casino/hotel in front of the property. the management team was very pro active in taking care of cleaning issues in the unit when we arrived.

The location is good. Just across the road is the boardwalk which we enjoyed walking along each morning. The bedrooms are large. Lots of pillows and towels are provided. The unit has a full kitchen. The a/c worked well. The beds were comfortable. Parking is an assigned spot right outside the unit.

It feels very dated inside. The countertops in the bathrooms are very low and feel awkward. Kids are not allowed to use the pool.

The private aspect of this place is great we always enjoy using the pool easy access to town we had a great stay

I have nothing but good things to say about this stay! Based on the pictures and some of the reviews I was expecting the unit to be outdated a little (which wasn't a big deal to me). I was shocked when we went into our unit! It was lovely and had been updated!! The facilities were well stocked and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were baking dishes, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, dishwasher, microwave, and a full set of Wolfgang Puck pots and pans. The jacuzzi tub was HUGE and the closets had clean linens and towels, along with broom/dust pan, vacuum, and laundry basket. The laundry facilities are free, but you will have to reserve a time to use them due to Covid, to allow for proper cleaning after each use. The staff was exceptional and Cindy was friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

The location had much to offer. The beach, the pool the many restaurants and boardwalk as well has historical sights and more to entertain .

It was very nice inside. And the bed was very comfortable.

I didn't like that you were expected to do so much when checking out. Like taking the garbage to the dumpster and specific cleaning instructions for check out. I thought thats why you charge a cleaning fee.

I can't thank them enough for going out their way and being patient with me I love this place it's very beautiful I had a great birthday thank you guys so much.. thank you Taylor😊 Not sure why it's showing a :-( sad face because I was very happy

We really enjoyed everything close to the beach and just like home

That my kids were not able to play in pool they don't tell you about the no kids outside but on the patio and to go to the car in parking lot it could be alot more kid friendly or at least warn people because I did not get told until 2 days before I was set to arrive
