The beds were comfortable and the room.was very nice.

We didn't get the room booked and paid for. I booked a King room. And paid for a King room. I had sent them a message told them we would be a late arrival. They gave my room to another guest...probsbly a high roller. I was told that the room wasn't guaranteed. Then they said that the double queen with a gulf view was a double upgrade. I couldn't even see the Gulf unless you stood to the far end of the window. I saw a parking lot. 24 hours after I check out, they respond to the message I had sent to them...This request may not be guaranteed. I told the front desk thst first impressions mean alot and that due to the circumstances we may not return and wasn't impressed due to the way they handled the situation.

We usually stay at the Beau Rivage. The Beau Rivage did not have room availability and woul have been much more expensive.

I had asked for a wheelchair accessible room. There were no grab bars in the tub. A walk-in shower would have been nice. The toilet was very low for a person in a wheelchair.

Good value for the room. I had a nice view of the beach from my room. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

I smelled a good amount of marijuana in the hallways when walking to my room but I don’t blame that on the hotel. I do prefer smoke free properties however.

The room was a good size and had a good view of biloxi.

The pet friendly floor was terrible. The hallway and rooms smelled terrible and alot of damage in the room, shower was too small and outdated, bedding looked worn or aged. Luckily the staff changed our room to a better floor and room was great.

Had a pretty view, especially @ night. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast, while a tad expensive (but it always is at a casino) was AMAZING. The yogurt parfait was the best one I've had in my life. And the French toast was delicious as well. Pool was a little warm (but I'm a northerner visiting a souther gulf area lol, so my temp preferences are different then locals I'm sure) but was awesome and relaxing. I really liked the casino floor set up, it was pretty efficient compared to others I have visited.

There was a very odd smell in the lobby area. I'm hypersensitive to smells, so it's probably not something most would pick up on, but it just kinda smelled like there wasn't adequate airflow, like "stuffy"..... best way I could describe it is like a house that's never had their windows open for fresh air and owns a couple animals. But it was only the lobby. I also did not like that the "resort fee" was never mentioned on booking, nor at check in or check out. It wasn't an outrageous price ($18.18/room) but unexpected and frustrating when I have to call and try to get ahold of billing after the fact, and the lady on the phone for billing was pretty rude.

I loved the room that we were put in at the last minute when the hotel was pretty much sold out. The front desk person made sure that they found us a room even though we had booked 20 minutes prior to arrival.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel or my stay. Check in was easy in and easy out. It wasn't loud nor was the parking lot full.

Always love Harrahs! Their heated pool makes it feel like the Bahamas when's 50 degrees with a Gulf spray chill every now and then. Happy hour at the pool, so fun. There's a Starbucks about 30 ft from the elevators. The Steak and Shake is open 23 hours. The Penny slots are always open and quite friendly. We hang out here quite a bit only visiting Hard Rock or Margaritaville, the other casinos just aren't as customer friendly, providing beverages as you play or too smoky, or if they do serve, you can't get served even if you are a good tipper. We always keep a lot $5 bills on us, so we can tip staff. We limit ourselves to $50 each a day at the Casino! Most of that is tipping the waitress. Somehow we end up with Casino allowance leftovers, we just play to tip!

Nothing, we go whenever we can slip away for a few days.

the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and the location of the hotel made it easy to find things for the entire family to do. they were able to give us adjoining rooms so I was able to keep an eye on my elderly parents

no lounges and minimal chairs in rooms and few options of places to eat on site...also adult swim hours starting at 8 pm was a little much when my 18 year old could not join us

The location is great , so close to the water. The staff were also very friendly. Had read some reviews that the staff were not , and that simply wasn’t the case for us. they were charming and worked really hard. This is not a five star resort but it doesn’t try to be, what it does, it does well. The casino was large with a number of different games available. The Blind Tiger bar and restaurant on the waterfront serves very good fresh seafood in a relaxed environment.

Could have been a little cleaner , the common areas get a huge amount of traffic but should and could have been cleaner. Two areas that need addressing, the pool bar and the car park lifts are in need of a deep clean . it sounds like a big criticism, it isn’t…were coming off of the back of a pandemic so it’s understandable..that said…cleanliness shows commitment and should be looked at .

Our room was nice and comfortable. Spacious as well. The pool area was very nice. We enjoyed sitting by the pool.

We were disappointed that our room didn’t have soap except for facial soap. I always bring my own hair products which they had, but I usually use the hotels soap stop I was disappointed when there wasn’t any body soap.
