Hampton Inn Jackson Pearl Intrntl Airport

The manager cocktail party and live music were a delight and an unexpected treat. Breakfast was fabulous and over the top quality and selection. Omelet guy and team were friendly and very entertaining and cheerful. Room design was well planned for the space and atmosphere. We will certainly return as we travel to the Gulf again. A highlight of our road trip back to Missouri

Can’t really think of anything we didn’t like,

The food was barely warm. Had run out of stuff everyday and did not replenish muffins, bread.

The pool was clean but the umbrella was broke, the hot tub was covered up and the chairlift's did not work. I also booked thru Booking.com and I had added a day to my stay and the hotel was not notified. So the hotel charged me and extra day over charging me about $25.

Clean rooms … nice continental breakfast … very accommodating friendly staff … nice pool … have stayed here before & it never disappoints… there is a great Mexican food place right near … highly recommend Los parrileros … this is just a great property… good value for money … comfortable beds

I liked the cleanliness of my room, the hotel breakfast was so good that my husband had a second plate. There was plenty of towels on the shelf, plenty of hot water for our baths and the front desk staff was very friendly. This is a great place to stay.

It was a little hard to find because it is located behind 2 other hotels.

The breakfast was good. The location was fine.

I preferred the old way of housecleaning. Had to request for room cleaning at this location.

Great pillows. Staff really nice.

The room smelled funny at first, but was okay after.a while. The turn in to the drive was weird and we turned in the wrong place the first time.

I paid the extra $ to get a hood comfortable room with a good breakfast , I got a comfortable room , very disappointed about cold cereal breakfast which I skipped and the bag of cold stuff to go for breakfast still didn’t get it I will stay somewhere else next time where I KNOW I’m going to get a good hot breakfast

The hotel was clean, staff was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and there were lots of places close by to get dining.

our shower drain was terrible it had u standing in the water because it would t drain some of our friends that stayed as well said their bathroom was the same way

The location is excellent. It’s near just about everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will book here again when I visit my daughter in Jackson.

The pool was closed. On my last day there housekeeping knocked on my door several times early in the morning trying to get us to leave. Luckily I’m not a light sleeper and went right back to sleep each time and slept until “I” was ready to check out. Lol.
