TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jackson Airport/Flowood

We were in town for a band competition at the high school and this was the perfect location ( very close and good area). The staff went above and beyond . The front desk people were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best I had at hotel. The lady’s in charge of breakfast were awesome too. The house keeping were also sweet and helpful ( I locked myself out and the lady was so sweet to stop what she was doing to let me in with a smile) . All that being said it was also very clean and comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer.

From the moment I walked in the staff was super friendly and engaged in conversation- willing. (I’ve been to hotels like this where for some unknown reason, they act as if speaking to you is an up charge) Sadly, I forgot her name, but the lady at the desk was wonderful! Even after I checked in came back downstairs to get something she made sure the room was nice and I had everything I needed. The lady overseeing breakfast the next morning stopped her conversation with some people she knew to make my daughter I feel welcome and asked if we’d like something to eat. The entire stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The room was large, the room amenities were fantastic, and it was quiet- HUGE plus for me! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Very clean, and really convenient. I also felt the area was very safe. The staff was friendly and allowed me to check in a good bit early. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was a bit limited, and the 6:30 start time is a little late if you have an early morning flight. Would be better to start at 6.

The hotel is around the corner from everything and it’s in the middle of a lot of things so you can walk everywhere. The lobby area is nice and clean and so are the rooms!

There’s nothing to dislike about the property

Liked the kitchenette. Room was a nice size. Most of the staff were nice.

There are placards stating guest must wear masks. The morning we checked out the person on the desk wasn't wearing a mast. She said she usually wears it on her elbow. I didn't see a mask. She had the mask on her elbow the next time I saw her. I commented on this and she put the mask on.

When I checked in the room I wanted wasn't available so they put me in a 1 bedroom suite. The suite is massive and very clean. I was more than comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

The TVs are a bit slow so it's not the most enjoyable experience. At least they are there.

Great place to stay! Everything was immaculately clean, staff was friendly. Nice amenities and comfy bed. I loved that they had cooking facilities but unfortunately I didn’t stay long enough to get to use them. Restaurants nearby is a bonus. Very nice breakfast!

Nothing really. The breakfast could have been a little better, but no big deal.

Each room comes with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink with disposal, and kitchen ware. Very comfortable room. Shawn at the front desk was awesome!!! Loved this place!!

The room was clean and comfortable. No problems with staff. Check in was not a problem. Sanitizer was located near elevators and wipes in room.

The breakfast staff could have been more friendly and helpful, they helped some and not others.
