Everything was exceptional except the Wi-Fi like the Wi-Fi wouldn’t let your videos play but the breakfast was amazing could have been a little warmer but other than that I loved the facility was clean the only issue is the maid was deaf she never came in and gave us fresh towels or made the beds she did knock on the door but due to her being deaf we couldn’t communicate with her but anytime I’ll call downstairs Derek the front desk clerk went above and beyond he bring me more sheets fresh towels daily anything I called Four he delivered. Derek deserve some kind of recognition like employee of the month because he went above and beyond

The Wi-Fi could have been better it did not let any of your videos play Snapchat Instagram none of that worked other than that everything else was simply amazing

The staff was excellent I needed two extra nights but all hotels was booked due to Jackson State and Alcorn game and they made me aware of immediate cancellation so I could stay, omg housekeeping was everything whatever you needed when you needed it and if housekeeping wasn’t in the building the front desk workers accommodated me. I felt safe and comfortable the beds was so soft and comfortable, hot water in the shower, restaurants all around. I really enjoyed my stay.

My room was fine and the breakfast was pretty good.

I purposefully stayed at this hotel because it said in the website that there was an airport shuttle. When I was checking in, I was told they no longer offer that service!! I ended up having to take myself to the airport and paying a lot more to keep my car in the airport parking garage.

There was some confusion about airport pickup service. I had to end up getting Uber service to the hotel which took more that an hour and a half to get there. I made the reservation via Booking but when I called the hotel, they told me that the airport shuttle service stopped running at 9 pm. My flight arrived in around 10:45 to JAN ( jackson airport). The Toilet water ran all night.

The breakfast and staff were very nice.

When I first arrived my booking was not accurate. The staff was eventually able to correct the problem and it was great after that.

The property was clean and comfortable.

The staff was kinda rude and on the phone when we came in to check in. There was a lot of people hanging out around the desk and in the lounge area.

Room was ready on arrival, staff was all so very helpful, breakfast was very good - appreciate that you had it. Based on your new cleaning policies, we did request used towels be picked up and clean ones brought. That was done.

I truly enjoyed my stay . I always pull my sheets back and check everything thoroughly and it was very clean . I stayed for a week and was comfortable the entire time

It was right off the interstate. The staff that I encountered was friendly. I was welcomed warmly.

My room was dusty and had food left on the night stand. But other than that everything else was fine. And my remote didn't work the tv. It was either that or I didn't know how to change the channels. The breakfast items were limited in choices.

Great location. Near food and shopping. Clean. Great breakfast. No great dissatisfaction. I'd stay again
