From the start, Staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant! The associate who checked me in at appropriately 11:30 pm, blew my socks off! She was welcoming and so thoughtful and kind. I was unaware it was the end of her shift. When I came down from taking my bags to my room, she waited to drive off, reserving her parking for me.I😀Often stay at the Marriott and it’s brand hotels. This was my first stay at Best Western Hotel. It will not be my last! Loved Loved the Expresso kiosk…Thank you for a wonderful stay. Lisa Edwards 4Aug2023

The House keeping manager came in my room as I was lying down. Unusual considering there was a do not disturb marker on the door knob.

Everything here was great, even though we came during a softball tournament stay, some of the parents that were there where unruly to the staff, some being confrontational a little racist, made the front desk clerk quit her job. Scared the manager, other than this episode and the hotel not knowing how to deescalate the situation. The hotel stay was great. Really quite and clean. P.s to the hotel if you want to keep a nice establishment such as.. you may need to invest in some type of security for your guest as well as the staff.

There was nothing I did not like. This hotel was great. And for the price, it was a good deal.

The breakfast was fine. This is the second time we have been to this location in the past four weeks and both times the biscuits were not cooked through. It is convenient, clean, and close to several places.

We called and asked if we could check in early and were told it was no problem. We could check in 30 minutes early. Then we get there and are told it will be later. After waiting in the lobby for almost two hours, we were finally allowed to check in an hour after the general check in time was and an hour and a half past what we were told would be available. There was no toilet paper in the downstairs bathrooms for either of the days we were there. The day staff at the desk on 4/22/23 acted put out by our group and the fact that we were unable to check in early as promised, let alone on time.

Really great value for money! Spacious room with a really comfy king size bed. The pool's a nice touch if you want to some exercise done.

The hotel faces a parking lot (welcome to America!) so some morning some dude started his way too loud truck and left it idle for minutes before driving off. It's great that the rooms have airconditioning but when they turn on at night, they're quite loud and blast a lot of cold air around so it feels more like a polar wind than a cold breeze. A more moderate setting would be amazing. It's still a really good hotel, considering the price i don't expect perfection.

rooms and bathroom were nice and spacious rooms look exactly as advertised it had a microwave,coffee maker and a mini fridge. Walmart Is conveniently located behind this hotel as well as restaurants there was an indoor pool and the breakfast was tasty with many options to choose from and 24/7 coffee as well as a “snack shop” the staff was helpful and friendly i definitely recommend this hotel I wish I would have gotten pictures but it definitely didn’t disappoint

the doors to the room were kind of heavy but that’s not really a complaint. everything was great

The breakfast was awesome and staff was great ALL THE STAFF CATERED TO ALL MY NEEDS. The young lady who checked me out on the morning of June 11th with the curly hair I cant remember her name but she went over and above for me and my family I will be returning

I like everything but it was a baseball league with alot of kids very loud dey was knocking on people doors and running ect... my room was right in the middle of bs that was the weekend of June 9th 2023

The staff accommodated for my late arrival and was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and the price was great. The fitness room was a nice bonus, & so was the breakfast! It was close to restaurants and shopping centers.

The only issue I had with the room is the air conditioner didn't get much colder after I adjusted the temperature to a lower setting. Other than that, I was satisfied!

Very clean , like new hotel. Very nice staff.

A couple of sketchy people were kinda hanging out and lurking around. One even touched my arm on the way to my room to say hello. And I noticed them standing around like they were watching or guarding some activity that evening and also in the morning outside. It was just kinda a weird incident. Maybe it was a rare fluke but be mindful of surroundings.

The facility was very nice. Everyone who I encountered at the front desk was very pleasant. The hotel was nearby restaurants and other shops. Great location right off the highway. Mrs. Princess was so sweet and helpful.

The quantity of breakfast was lacking. There wasn't enough food available during a time that was not very busy. So when other guests arrived the few waffles or biscuits that had been brought out 3 at a time were immediately gone.

The location of this property for what we needed. And the breakfast was your normal free breakfast at a hotel, but it was good, hot and the breakfast area was super clean. The staff was awesome, especially the two staff members at the front desk the day of check in. Room was clean, motel was clean and everyone there was amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel!
