location is right next to everything

the smell when you enter to get to the rooms. and the room filters need to be changed, the carpet smells like damped old towels, and the thermostat is messed up you couldn’t tell what the temperature was on. the sink was stopped up in the bathroom. the pillows are not firm at all they were very flat, and the beds are uncomfortable, back pains all night. other than that it was a great stay.

Very quiet and comfortable! My wife and I drove up from Mississippi to pick up my brother at the airport (it was a late flight). The Hacks Cross Homewood Suites was a perfect overnight stay before making the return trip home. We enjoyed the very spacious room, which made us feel less cramped and the facility was cozy and clean. Most importantly, the desk attendant Cisco was very friendly and helpful, especially since we were checking in late. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Breakfast was awesome, staff were awesome!

I booked for double queen beds when we got there there was no room for the one that I reserve, then they move us to another room that has no AC but they have the most excellent staff she fix and accommodate us.

I really enjoyed the staff, they were really nice and accomadating. Ms. B Who is over the kitchen during breakfast made me and my family very comfortable.

The place could be a lot cleaner for the money spent, I feel like house keeping doesn't pay close enough detail to the rooms. Most door handles in the lobby and halls were very dirty, thats not good in a time of covid.

Pet friendly. Large, comfortable room. Comfortable bed. The breakfast every morning was very good and the coffee was excellent. But the very best part of our stay was being greeted by Ms. Betty every morning when we went for breakfast. She is an absolute treasure!

One of the shower doors was messed up and wouldn't move and the shower door track could use a deep cleaning

I love everything about this place. i met the AGM manager and the lady who cooks breakfast. Pure hospitality. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The lady who was cleaning rooms on our stay I asked for towels, she greeted with a smile. This place is perfect for anyone to stay to visit. I enjoyed myself their. Also, it really was for my sisters 50th birthday, she loved it.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed how the room layout was, and the bed was extremely comfortable 😌 It was just luxurious

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was exceptionally until i was checking out. As my husband walked past another guest they had 2 dogs that was not registered in the hotel and one of the dogs bit my husband on his leg.

Breakfast was amazing and hot and the staff was excellent ,helpful, and always smiling. I will stay again when I come back

fix the back door it was broken and people come just come and go safety concern

Very kind hearted ppl. Love the environment. Room was Sooooo homey. Felt like I was home. Heater was hot as I wanted. Shower was clean wit hot water. 2 TVs. Lots of privacy. Sleep so GOOOD. Bed kidnapped me. Lol
