Four Points Memphis Southwind

Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning team did a good job. Rooms were comfortable and noise level was tolerable. Kids loved the indoor pool even though it wasn't a heated pool. Didn't try the in house restaurant but the food always smelled good if we were walking by during service hours. Had 1 time that our key cards stopped working but the issue was quickly fixed .

Sofa bed was showing signs of age. Only had extra sheets for it. Would have been nice to have an extra blanket. We didn't ask for one so it may have been provided if asked for. Fridge didn't have a freezer and microwave turn table seemed to not want to fit properly but they worked. Might want to make sure the Keurig Coffee Maker is cleaned a little better. Our first cup the water heated but never brewed. Took the pod holder out, ran water through it in the bathroom sink and a good bit of "stuff" washed out of it. Dumped the water out of the reservoir and realized it had stuff floating in it so rinsed that out as well. No more issues after a good cleaning.

We did not have breakfast. That was not an option. The restaurant/bar in the hotel was still closed due to Covid. The young lady that checked me in was wonderful. She was very courteous and helpful. We had to request an extra towel as there were 3 of us and bedding for the sofa bed, but she did not seem to mind at all. The beds were so comfortable. We slept very well, and the room was even better than we were expecting. We enjoyed our first stay at a Sheraton property and looking forward to more.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were amazing. My daughter loved the pull out sofa. Honestly the only downside was the pool wasn't heated. It is indoors so that was good but we tried a couple times and the water was a little chilly. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We have no complaints. We felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

The entire stay was an exceptional experience.

I loved everything about this hotel I can't say not one single bad (except adding a hot breakfast setup)thing about this hotel...even the lady that checked me in was so nice and professional...I wish I had her name but she was on duty Tuesday, March 14th around the afternoon (after 1 PM)definitely say that this is my new found little jewel to stay when I'm in Memphis, Tennessee which is somewhere I have to be very very often.

Breakfast was great and spacious.. they had a dining room big enough for a big number of people, not to mention the kitchen/bar area up front was amazing.

Elevator button was broke on 4th floor.. Pool smelled very strong of chlorine.. TV had no channel available to watch:(( this was the worst!!

EVERYTHING!!! Pleasant staff, clean, felt safe, convenient for going to Graceland & numerous restaurants (just a little drive) A car wash on the corner down the street $3.00 drive thru! A Cracker Barrel on the other side of the street!

We got a handicapped room because it was the only one left with king bed. The walk-in shower is wonderful. My wife if usually afraid to use a shower for fear of falling. NOW the problem is that she wants to remodel OUR bath/shower to be just like the hotels! The room was on the first floor with parking lot right outside our window, but we didn't hear any outside noise. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the young man cleaning constantly! The hot breakfast is certainly worth the premium price for this hotel.

I don’t know how you can rate this other than a 10. the room was well laid out with a sitting area as well as bed. everything was immaculate I used the exercise room.

there was a guest arguing loudly on her phone in the bar area so we didn’t want to stay. the bartender could have asked her to move

Water in the indoor-pool very soapy and music too loud.

The room was big and spacious reminds you of a studio apartment. This is my second time staying there. I would definitely book again here. The drinks at bar were good worth your money Bartender was friendly. The food was good. The rooms and hallway was clean. When you need something they were prompt about getting it to you. I loved the location. 16miles from downtown but worth the drive.
